多齒輪馬達(dá)理論及摩擦磨損實驗研究

【摘要】:普通齒輪馬達(dá)是一種動力輸出液壓元件。其結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、工作環(huán)境要求較低、成本較低,但同時其輸出轉(zhuǎn)矩脈動大、徑向力不平衡、工作噪聲大。 多齒輪馬達(dá)是基于普通齒輪馬達(dá)提出的新型動力輸出液壓元件。其在一定程度上解決了普通齒輪馬達(dá)徑向力不平衡,輸出轉(zhuǎn)矩脈動大的缺點。 在綜合分析多齒輪馬達(dá)的工作原理后,對多齒輪馬達(dá)齒輪的徑向液壓力、嚙合力進(jìn)行了理論分析。分析結(jié)果表明,其中心輪徑向液壓力、嚙合力基本平衡;同等條件下,行星輪受力也得到了降低。 建立多齒輪馬達(dá)實體模型,對馬達(dá)的重要部件殼體、齒輪及軸套采用ANSYS軟件對其進(jìn)行了有限元分析,為優(yōu)化多齒輪馬達(dá)結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)及樣機(jī)設(shè)計奠定了基礎(chǔ)。 對多齒輪馬達(dá)的輸出轉(zhuǎn)矩特性進(jìn)行了理論分析,采用MATLAB軟件對轉(zhuǎn)矩特性進(jìn)行了仿真,仿真結(jié)果印證了理論分析的正確性,表明多齒輪馬達(dá)在轉(zhuǎn)矩脈動幅度和脈動頻率等方面都得到了較大改善。 最后在摩擦磨損試驗機(jī)上對五種材料進(jìn)行了摩擦磨損實驗,對實驗數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了分析對比,最終選擇一種摩擦磨損性能較好的材料來制作軸套,希望能夠通過這種方法來降低齒輪馬達(dá)的端面泄漏并提高齒輪馬達(dá)的工作壽命。
[Abstract]:Ordinary gear motor is a kind of power output hydraulic component. Its structure is simple, the working environment is low, the cost is low, but at the same time its output torque ripple is large, the radial force is unbalanced, and the working noise is large. The multi-gear motor is a new type of power output hydraulic component based on the ordinary gear motor. To some extent, it solves the disadvantages of unbalanced radial force and large output torque ripple of common gear motor. After synthetically analyzing the working principle of multi-gear motor, the radial hydraulic pressure and meshing force of gear in multi-gear motor are theoretically analyzed. The analysis results show that the radial fluid pressure and meshing force of the center wheel are basically balanced, and the force of the planetary wheel is also reduced under the same conditions. The solid model of the multi-gear motor is established, and the shell of the main component of the motor is established. The finite element analysis of gear and shaft sleeve is carried out by ANSYS software, which lays a foundation for optimizing the structural parameters of multi-gear motor and the design of prototype. The output torque characteristics of multi-gear motor are theoretically analyzed. The torque characteristics are simulated by MATLAB software, and the simulation results verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis. The results show that the torque ripple amplitude and pulsation frequency of the multi-gear motor have been greatly improved. Finally, the friction and wear experiments of five kinds of materials are carried out on the friction and wear tester, and the experimental data are analyzed and compared. Finally, a kind of material with good friction and wear performance is selected to make the shaft sleeve. It is hoped that this method can reduce the leakage of the end surface of the gear motor and improve the working life of the gear motor.
