橢圓環(huán)截面SCMW齒輪三維打印制造技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:三維打印技術(shù)是近年來制造技術(shù)領(lǐng)域的研究熱點,采用全新的“增長”堆積法,帶動了零件設(shè)計和加工制造的新趨勢。由于消除了傳統(tǒng)加工手段帶來的刀具和裝夾約束,零件的加工成型能力更大,有利于零部件的功能設(shè)計和可加工性的結(jié)合。 橢圓環(huán)截面SCMW齒輪為新原理齒輪,又稱空間曲線嚙合輪,屬于復(fù)雜三維結(jié)構(gòu)零件。傳統(tǒng)的機械加工方法涉及較多的工藝問題,,無法制造復(fù)雜的三維結(jié)構(gòu)零件。本課題將針對這一情況,開展對橢圓環(huán)截面SCMW齒輪三維打印制造技術(shù)的研究,其中包括3DP工藝和FDM工藝。 本文首先對影響打印精度的因素進(jìn)行了分析,包括前期數(shù)據(jù)處理對精度的影響,打印過程的誤差和后處理過程對精度的影響。打印過程的誤差包括3DP工藝成型誤差和FDM工藝成型誤差。通過分析這些誤差對打印精度的影響并提出了解決的方法,為后續(xù)的加工提供了參考依據(jù)。 在橢圓環(huán)截面SCMW齒輪的三維打印制造研究中,內(nèi)容包括打印機的技術(shù)特點、模型STL格式的轉(zhuǎn)換、RP軟件參數(shù)的設(shè)置、加工操作和零件后處理等。FDM工藝中采用UP!三維打印機加工主動輪,討論了齒輪加工的定位方向,打印參數(shù)的設(shè)置優(yōu)化和打印機的操作流程,最后加工得到齒輪模型。3DP工藝中采用Z Printer250打印機加工主動輪和從動輪,主要討論了打印機的工藝條件、工藝流程和齒輪加工的定位方向等,最后打印出較好質(zhì)量的齒輪模型。此制造研究對打印精度、相關(guān)工藝參數(shù)的選取和打印機的操作具有指導(dǎo)意義,為三維打印產(chǎn)品提供了實際的案例參考。
[Abstract]:In recent years, 3D printing technology is a research hotspot in the field of manufacturing technology. New "growth" stacking method is adopted, which leads to a new trend of parts design and manufacturing. Because of eliminating the tool and clamping constraints brought by the traditional machining means, the machining ability of the parts is greater, which is beneficial to the combination of functional design and machinability of the parts. The elliptical ring section SCMW gear is a new principle gear. Also called space curve meshing wheel, it belongs to complicated three-dimensional structure part. Traditional machining methods involve many technological problems and can not make complicated three-dimensional structural parts. In this paper, the 3D printing manufacturing technology of elliptical ring section SCMW gears is studied, including 3DP process and FDM process. Firstly, the factors that affect the printing accuracy are analyzed in this paper. It includes the effect of data processing on precision, the error of printing process and the effect of post-processing on accuracy. The error of printing process includes 3DP process forming error and FDM process forming error. By analyzing the influence of these errors on the printing accuracy and putting forward the methods to solve them, the paper provides a reference for the subsequent machining. In the research of 3D printing manufacturing of SCMW gears with elliptical ring section, the contents include the technical characteristics of the printer. Model STL format conversion RP software parameters setting, processing operations and parts after processing, etc. FDM process using UP!! The orientation of gear machining, the setting optimization of printing parameters and the operation flow of printer are discussed in this paper. Finally, Z Printer250 printer is used to process active wheel and slave wheel in gear model. 3DP process. This paper mainly discusses the technological conditions of the printer, the technological process and the orientation direction of the gear machining, and finally prints out the gear model with better quality. This manufacturing research is of guiding significance for printing accuracy, selection of relevant process parameters and operation of printers, and provides a practical case reference for 3D printing products.
