大型汽輪發(fā)電機(jī)組碰摩故障的研究與分析

【摘要】:碰摩故障是大型旋轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)械中最常見的故障之一,特別是在汽輪發(fā)電機(jī)組的故障當(dāng)中。據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì),碰摩故障占機(jī)組故障的86%之多。碰摩故障不僅能夠直接影響機(jī)組的工作狀態(tài),它還是其它故障的誘因。例如碰摩故障發(fā)生時(shí)會(huì)在摩擦點(diǎn)處產(chǎn)生大量的熱量并被轉(zhuǎn)子吸收。這就會(huì)使得轉(zhuǎn)子徑向受熱不均而引起熱彎曲,如果摩擦比較嚴(yán)重,就會(huì)產(chǎn)生更多的熱量使轉(zhuǎn)子發(fā)生比較大的熱彎曲,那么就可能引起機(jī)組的停機(jī)或部件的損壞,甚至導(dǎo)致更加惡劣的后果。研究碰摩故障的原因、特征對碰摩故障的準(zhǔn)確診斷并提出有效的解決措施是至關(guān)重要的。 本文通過大量的實(shí)際案例的分析總結(jié),對機(jī)組碰摩故障的原因、特征以及解決措施做出了詳細(xì)的總結(jié)和介紹。從工程實(shí)際的角度,并通過與其它故障診斷方法的對比分析,本文詳細(xì)的介紹了振動(dòng)診斷法的優(yōu)勢所在,并介紹了振動(dòng)診斷法的診斷原理。本文最后還通過對故障模式及后果分析(FMEA)故障樹分析法(FTA)的分析對比,并根據(jù)對碰摩故障發(fā)生時(shí)振動(dòng)趨勢的變化,將碰摩故障分為波動(dòng)型、凸起型和陡升型三種,通過對這三種類型做的詳細(xì)介紹和對比,總結(jié)設(shè)計(jì)出了一套碰摩故障的輔助診斷流程圖,根據(jù)故障的波形振動(dòng)趨勢對三種不同類型的故障形式做出詳細(xì)的判斷,并通過在實(shí)際案例中的綜合應(yīng)用詳細(xì)介紹了這此流程圖的有效性。
[Abstract]:Rubbing fault is one of the most common faults in large rotating machinery, especially in the fault of turbine generator set. According to statistics, rubbing fault accounts for more than 86% of the failure of the unit. The rubbing fault can not only directly affect the working state of the unit, but also the cause of other faults. For example, when the rubbing fault occurs, it will occur at the friction point. A large amount of heat is absorbed by the rotor. This will cause the rotor to heat unevenly and cause the heat to bend. If the friction is more serious, more heat will be produced to make the rotor more hot. Then it may cause the failure of the unit or the damage of the components and even lead to worse consequences. Accurate diagnosis of rubbing faults and effective solutions are essential.
Through the analysis and summary of a large number of practical cases, this paper makes a detailed summary and introduction to the causes, characteristics and solutions of the unit's rubbing faults. From the point of view of the engineering practice and by comparison with other fault diagnosis methods, this paper introduces the advantages of the vibration diagnosis method in detail, and introduces the vibration diagnosis method. At the end of this paper, through the analysis and comparison of fault pattern and consequence analysis (FMEA) fault tree analysis (FTA), and according to the change of the vibration trend when the rubbing fault occurs, the rubbing faults are divided into three kinds of wave type, convex type and steep rise type. Through the detailed introduction and comparison of the three types, a summary and design is made. The auxiliary diagnosis flow chart of the rubbing fault is set, and the three different types of fault forms are judged in detail according to the wave vibration trend of the fault, and the effectiveness of the flow chart is introduced in detail through the comprehensive application in the actual case.
