【摘要】:帶式輸送機(jī)是大宗散裝物料運(yùn)輸?shù)闹饕O(shè)備,廣泛應(yīng)用于礦山、電力、港口、焦化等工礦企業(yè)中的產(chǎn)品和原料的運(yùn)輸環(huán)節(jié)中。目前應(yīng)用的帶式輸送機(jī)不能根據(jù)其上載荷大小而調(diào)整帶速,只能恒速運(yùn)行,帶來(lái)能源的巨大浪費(fèi)和設(shè)備的加速損耗。針對(duì)上述問(wèn)題,本文提出了多級(jí)長(zhǎng)距離帶式輸送機(jī)聯(lián)合調(diào)速節(jié)能設(shè)計(jì)方案,可用于由多級(jí)(2級(jí)及2級(jí)以上)帶式輸送機(jī)組成的運(yùn)輸系統(tǒng)中,實(shí)現(xiàn)運(yùn)輸系統(tǒng)根據(jù)載荷即時(shí)調(diào)速的節(jié)能運(yùn)行。本文中介紹了當(dāng)前國(guó)內(nèi)外帶式輸送機(jī)節(jié)能技術(shù)狀況,分析了本課題的必要性及項(xiàng)目實(shí)施基礎(chǔ),提出了系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)思路:對(duì)由n臺(tái)帶式輸送機(jī)串級(jí)組成的運(yùn)輸系統(tǒng),節(jié)能系統(tǒng)監(jiān)測(cè)其中第一臺(tái)帶式輸送機(jī)的載重量與帶速的情況,再依此情況調(diào)整后續(xù)的n-1臺(tái)帶式輸送機(jī)的帶速。在軟件中使用了二維模糊控制算法,比較帶式輸送機(jī)帶速與運(yùn)量匹配情況是否最優(yōu)。若不是最優(yōu),則根據(jù)各級(jí)帶式輸送機(jī)的長(zhǎng)度和運(yùn)行狀況延時(shí)調(diào)整變頻器的輸出頻率和電壓,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)電動(dòng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速的控制,最終改變帶式輸送機(jī)帶速,避免編號(hào)為2到n的n-1臺(tái)帶式輸送機(jī)空載高速、輕載恒速運(yùn)行而造成的電能浪費(fèi),實(shí)現(xiàn)了運(yùn)輸系統(tǒng)節(jié)能的目標(biāo)。本文根據(jù)帶式輸送機(jī)實(shí)際狀況,以煤礦企業(yè)帶式輸送機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)與選型為例,對(duì)電動(dòng)機(jī)運(yùn)行能耗進(jìn)行了分析。詳細(xì)介紹了節(jié)能系統(tǒng)中硬件的設(shè)計(jì)和采用的二維模糊控制算法,對(duì)節(jié)能效果進(jìn)行了理論分析和MATLAB仿真,得出了使用該節(jié)能系統(tǒng)后,運(yùn)輸系統(tǒng)平均節(jié)能率為10%的設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)果。多級(jí)長(zhǎng)距離帶式輸送機(jī)聯(lián)合調(diào)速節(jié)能系統(tǒng)課應(yīng)用于煤礦、冶金、焦化、電力及港口等行業(yè),具有很好的節(jié)能降耗效果。最后,本文對(duì)節(jié)能系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行總結(jié),做了工業(yè)化推廣應(yīng)用展望分析;并對(duì)本系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)中未能解決的問(wèn)題予以陳述,為今后的進(jìn)一步完善提供一定的參考。
[Abstract]:Belt conveyor is the main equipment for bulk material transportation, which is widely used in the transportation of products and raw materials in mines, electric power, ports, coking and other industrial and mining enterprises. The belt conveyor used at present can not adjust the belt speed according to its load size, but can only run at constant speed, which brings huge waste of energy and acceleration loss of equipment. In view of the above problems, this paper puts forward a design scheme of combined speed regulation and energy saving for multistage long distance belt conveyors, which can be used in the transportation system composed of multistage belt conveyors of grade 2 and above. The energy-saving operation of the transportation system is realized according to the load real-time speed regulation. This paper introduces the current energy saving technology of belt conveyor at home and abroad, analyzes the necessity of this subject and the implementation basis of the project, and puts forward the design idea of the system: for the transportation system composed of n belt conveyors, The energy saving system monitors the load and belt speed of the first belt conveyor and adjusts the belt speed of the subsequent n-1 belt conveyor according to this situation. A two dimensional fuzzy control algorithm is used in the software to compare the optimal matching of belt speed and transportation capacity of belt conveyor. If it is not optimal, the output frequency and voltage of the converter are adjusted according to the length and running condition of the belt conveyor at all levels, and the speed of the motor is controlled, and the belt speed of the belt conveyor is finally changed. The energy waste caused by no-load high speed and light load constant speed running of n-1 belt conveyor numbered from 2 to n is avoided and the goal of energy saving of transportation system is realized. According to the actual condition of belt conveyor, this paper analyzes the energy consumption of motor operation by taking the design and selection of belt conveyor in coal mine enterprise as an example. This paper introduces the design of the hardware and the 2-D fuzzy control algorithm in the energy-saving system in detail. The energy-saving effect is analyzed theoretically and simulated by MATLAB. The design result of the average energy saving rate of the transportation system is 10% after the use of the energy-saving system. Multi-stage long distance belt conveyor combined speed regulating and energy saving system course is applied in coal mine, metallurgy, coking, electric power and port, etc. It has a good effect of saving energy and reducing consumption. Finally, this paper summarizes the design of energy saving system, makes the prospect of industrialization promotion and application, and describes the problems that have not been solved in the design of the system, which provides a certain reference for further improvement in the future.
