環(huán)繩專用扣壓機(jī)機(jī)構(gòu)研究及可裝配性分析

【摘要】:隨著科技的不斷發(fā)展及人們生活水平的不斷提高,扣壓機(jī)的應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域不斷擴(kuò)大,環(huán)繩專用扣壓機(jī)就是扣壓機(jī)應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域上的創(chuàng)新。環(huán)繩專用扣壓機(jī)的生產(chǎn)自動化水平及其可裝配性都對公司的效益有重要的影響,因此,研究提高扣壓機(jī)自動化水平的方法,并在扣壓機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)階段研究其可裝配性分析問題對公司效益的提高都有很重要的意義。 本文詳細(xì)論述了機(jī)構(gòu)創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)的理論及其發(fā)展趨勢,利用機(jī)構(gòu)創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)的方法之一組合創(chuàng)新法和組合機(jī)構(gòu)的運(yùn)動學(xué)原理,設(shè)計(jì)了一個(gè)新型的組合機(jī)構(gòu),并將其應(yīng)用于扣壓機(jī)彎繩機(jī)構(gòu)中,實(shí)現(xiàn)了繩料彎曲的自動化,運(yùn)用Matlab/simulink研究了該組合機(jī)構(gòu)的運(yùn)動學(xué)問題,建立并求解了其數(shù)學(xué)模型,根據(jù)數(shù)學(xué)模型建立了其仿真模型,對機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了運(yùn)動仿真和驗(yàn)證,直觀的看出了組合機(jī)構(gòu)的運(yùn)動情況,得出了該組合機(jī)構(gòu)能夠滿足扣壓機(jī)彎繩要求的結(jié)論。 本文分析了扣壓機(jī)的扣壓工藝,設(shè)計(jì)出了扣壓模具的結(jié)構(gòu),并對扣壓凹模進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),建立并求解了扣壓凹模的縮口力數(shù)學(xué)模型,用數(shù)學(xué)的語言表達(dá)了優(yōu)化的問題,利用數(shù)學(xué)解析法求出了扣壓凹模的最佳凹模錐角,將扣件起皺現(xiàn)象降低到最小程度。 本文還論述了產(chǎn)品的可裝配性分析評價(jià)理論的研究現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展趨勢,分析了影響環(huán)繩專用扣壓機(jī)扣壓?裳b配性的因素,建立了其可裝配性分析的概念性框圖;利用多層次的模糊綜合評價(jià)方法,建立了環(huán)繩專用扣壓模的可裝配性評價(jià)模型;并利用德爾菲法對環(huán)繩專用扣壓機(jī)的扣壓模進(jìn)行了可裝配性評價(jià)。
[Abstract]:With the development of science and technology and the improvement of people's living standard, the application field of the buckler is expanding, and the special fastener is the innovation in the application field of the fastener. The production automation level and assembly ability of special fastener for ring rope have an important influence on the benefit of the company. Therefore, the methods to improve the automation level of the fastener are studied. It is of great significance to improve the efficiency of the company to study the analysis of its assemblability in the design stage of the press. In this paper, the theory of mechanism innovation design and its development trend are discussed in detail. A new type of mechanism is designed by means of combination innovation method and kinematics principle of combined mechanism, which is one of the methods of mechanism innovation design. It is applied to the bending rope mechanism of the buckling machine to realize the automation of the rope material bending. The kinematics problem of the combined mechanism is studied by using Matlab/simulink, and its mathematical model is established and solved, and the simulation model is established according to the mathematical model. The kinematic simulation and verification of the mechanism are carried out, the movement of the combined mechanism is intuitively seen, and the conclusion that the combined mechanism can meet the requirements of the bending rope of the buckler is obtained. In this paper, the technology of the buckling machine is analyzed, the structure of the die is designed, the optimum design of the die is carried out, the mathematical model of the shrinkage force of the die is established and solved, and the optimization problem is expressed in mathematical language. The optimum conical angle of the die is obtained by the mathematical analytic method, and the wrinkle phenomenon of the fastener is reduced to the minimum. This paper also discusses the present situation and development trend of the analysis and evaluation theory of product assemblability, analyzes the factors that affect the assemblability of the clamping die of the special ring rope fastener, and establishes the conceptual block diagram for the analysis of the assemblability. In this paper, a multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to establish the evaluation model of the assemblability of the special fastening die for the ring rope, and the Delphi method is used to evaluate the assemblability of the clamping die of the special fastener for the ring rope.
