附加慣量對馬達轉(zhuǎn)速的影響

【摘要】:在泵控馬達調(diào)速系統(tǒng)中,泵和馬達在工作時不斷的吸油和排油以及油液有可壓縮性等原因,使得系統(tǒng)流量產(chǎn)生脈動、壓力不穩(wěn)定,所以馬達輸出軸轉(zhuǎn)速產(chǎn)生較大的波動,從而影響回轉(zhuǎn)工件的加工質(zhì)量。通過在馬達軸安裝慣量盤,預在系統(tǒng)工作時使慣量盤吸收流量脈動,系統(tǒng)流量波動減小、壓力穩(wěn)定性提高,馬達軸轉(zhuǎn)速波動降低。經(jīng)過實驗驗證了該方法的可行性,說明在馬達輸出軸上加裝慣量盤能夠減小系統(tǒng)流量的脈動,使馬達軸轉(zhuǎn)速更加穩(wěn)定。研究結(jié)論為在實際工況中解決流量脈動對馬達轉(zhuǎn)速的影響提供可靠方法。
[Abstract]:In the pump control motor speed regulation system, the pump and motor continuously absorb and drain oil while working, and the oil has compressibility, which causes the system flow rate to fluctuate and the pressure is unstable, so the speed of the motor output shaft is fluctuated greatly. Thus, the machining quality of the rotary workpiece is affected. By installing the inertia disk in the motor shaft, the inertia disk absorbs the flow pulsation while the system works, the system flow fluctuation decreases, the pressure stability increases, and the motor shaft speed fluctuation decreases. The feasibility of this method is verified by experiments. It is shown that adding inertia disk to the output shaft of the motor can reduce the pulsation of the system flow rate and make the rotation speed of the motor shaft more stable. The results provide a reliable method for solving the effect of flow pulsation on motor speed in actual working conditions.
