【摘要】:協(xié)同是現(xiàn)代制造業(yè)企業(yè)之間越來越追求的一種合作關(guān)系。協(xié)同體現(xiàn)在制造業(yè)企業(yè)之間以追求提供更好的產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)為目的的深度合作。業(yè)務(wù)單元是一種特殊的自治實體,它具有核心能力,在協(xié)同思想的指引下,能夠快速組成分布式制造網(wǎng)絡(luò),而且在分布式制造網(wǎng)絡(luò)運營的過程中業(yè)務(wù)單元保持獨立性和自治性。因此分布式制造網(wǎng)絡(luò)業(yè)務(wù)流程是業(yè)務(wù)單元之間協(xié)同工作的業(yè)務(wù)流程,不同業(yè)務(wù)單元因為能力互補或功能互補等原因走到一起,它們之間如何實現(xiàn)協(xié)同是本文研究的重點。本文試圖通過這一研究,對分布式制造網(wǎng)絡(luò)運營過程中的協(xié)同提供一定的參考。 本文從四個方面展開研究。 首先在深入分析制造和分布式制造系統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)上界定制造、分布式制造網(wǎng)絡(luò)和業(yè)務(wù)流程的概念。 第二,對分布式制造網(wǎng)絡(luò)協(xié)作過程中的活動進行識別,對由生產(chǎn)計劃、生產(chǎn)過程和庫存管理構(gòu)成的分布式制造網(wǎng)絡(luò)業(yè)務(wù)流程進行了探討。并在活動識的基礎(chǔ)上,對分布式制造網(wǎng)絡(luò)的業(yè)務(wù)流程進行分類。將業(yè)務(wù)流程的種類分為供應(yīng)鏈裝制造網(wǎng)絡(luò)業(yè)務(wù)流程和核心組織型制造網(wǎng)絡(luò)業(yè)務(wù)流程。 第三,利用業(yè)務(wù)流程描述工具Petri網(wǎng)對分布式制造網(wǎng)絡(luò)的兩種業(yè)務(wù)流程建模。并對建成的模型進行狀態(tài)空間性能和動態(tài)性能檢測。 第四,提出流程協(xié)同模型,將業(yè)務(wù)流程抽象為服務(wù)流程,利用協(xié)同點控制和協(xié)調(diào)協(xié)同活動。并基于ESP規(guī)則實現(xiàn)分布式制造網(wǎng)絡(luò)內(nèi)的協(xié)同,分析了供應(yīng)鏈狀制造網(wǎng)絡(luò)業(yè)務(wù)流程和核心組織型制造網(wǎng)絡(luò)業(yè)務(wù)流程兩種業(yè)務(wù)流程如何進行協(xié)同。
[Abstract]:Collaboration is a cooperative relationship between modern manufacturing enterprises. Synergy is reflected in the deep cooperation between manufacturing enterprises in the pursuit of better products and services. Business unit is a kind of special autonomous entity, it has the core capability, under the guidance of the cooperative thought, it can quickly form the distributed manufacturing network, and keep the independence and autonomy of the business unit in the process of the operation of the distributed manufacturing network. Therefore, distributed manufacturing network business processes are business processes that work together among business units. Different business units come together because of complementary capabilities or functions. How to achieve collaboration between them is the focus of this paper. This paper attempts to provide some reference for the cooperation in the operation of distributed manufacturing network. This article starts the research from four aspects. Firstly, the concepts of manufacturing, distributed manufacturing networks and business processes are defined on the basis of in-depth analysis of manufacturing and distributed manufacturing systems. Secondly, the activities in the distributed manufacturing network cooperation process are identified, and the distributed manufacturing network business process composed of production planning, production process and inventory management is discussed. On the basis of activity recognition, the business process of distributed manufacturing network is classified. The types of business processes are divided into supply chain assembly manufacturing network business processes and core organizational manufacturing network business processes. Thirdly, Petri net is used to model two kinds of business processes of distributed manufacturing network. The state space performance and dynamic performance of the built model are tested. Fourthly, a process collaboration model is proposed, which abstracts the business process as a service process, and controls and coordinates collaborative activities using collaborative points. Based on the ESP rules, the collaboration in distributed manufacturing network is realized, and how to cooperate between supply chain manufacturing network business process and core organization manufacturing network business process is analyzed.
