【摘要】：當(dāng)今國(guó)際工程機(jī)械產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展形成了一個(gè)三足鼎立的局面，即以美國(guó)為中心的北美板塊、以德國(guó)和瑞典為代表的歐洲板塊、以日本與中國(guó)為代表的亞洲板塊。全球工程機(jī)械企業(yè)巨頭主要聚集于美國(guó)、日本、瑞典和德國(guó)。近年來(lái)中國(guó)工程機(jī)械產(chǎn)業(yè)迅速崛起，，2011年中國(guó)的三一重工和中聯(lián)重科憑借78.61億美元和71.71億美元的銷售收入躋身全球10強(qiáng)。目前，中國(guó)的工程機(jī)械產(chǎn)業(yè)已經(jīng)形成了江蘇徐州、江蘇常州、湖南長(zhǎng)沙、福建廈門、廣西柳州、山東濟(jì)寧六大板塊。 湖南長(zhǎng)沙工程機(jī)械產(chǎn)業(yè)起步于20世紀(jì)90年代初期，但發(fā)展非常迅速，成為湖南省首個(gè)過(guò)千億元的產(chǎn)業(yè)，2010年產(chǎn)值達(dá)到全國(guó)的23%，全球的7.2%，成為全國(guó)乃至全球最為重要的工程機(jī)械研發(fā)和制造基地之一。本文基于盈利競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力、科研競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和品牌競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力等三個(gè)一級(jí)指標(biāo)，并在此基礎(chǔ)上細(xì)分為8個(gè)二級(jí)指標(biāo)，運(yùn)用SPSS軟件對(duì)選取的數(shù)據(jù)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化處理，再運(yùn)用主成分分析法，對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)六大工程機(jī)械產(chǎn)業(yè)集群競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行分析評(píng)估。六大工程機(jī)械產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的綜合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力為：江蘇徐州8.38、江蘇常州-5.88、湖南長(zhǎng)沙12.48、福建廈門4.39、廣西柳州3.93、山東濟(jì)寧0.55。 本文全面深入地分析了長(zhǎng)沙市工程機(jī)械產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢(shì)、優(yōu)劣、機(jī)遇及所面臨的機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)。在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了提升長(zhǎng)沙市工程機(jī)械產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的對(duì)策：引進(jìn)來(lái)與走出去嫁接、工業(yè)與金融業(yè)、工業(yè)化與信息化嫁接以及錯(cuò)位發(fā)展、組團(tuán)發(fā)展、建立共享平臺(tái)等提升長(zhǎng)沙工程機(jī)械產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的基本思路。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the development of international construction machinery industry has formed a three-legged situation, that is, the North American plate centered on the United States, the European plate represented by Germany and Sweden, and the Asian plate represented by Japan and China. The global construction machinery giants are concentrated in the United States, Japan, Sweden and Germany. China's construction machinery industry has risen rapidly in recent years, with Sany and Zoomlion among the world's top 10 companies in 2011 with sales of $7.861 billion and $7.171 billion. At present, China's construction machinery industry has formed Jiangsu Xuzhou, Jiangsu Changzhou, Hunan Changsha, Fujian Xiamen, Guangxi Liuzhou, Shandong Jining six plates. Hunan Changsha construction machinery industry started in the early 1990s, but the development is very rapid. Hunan Province has become the first industrial production value of more than 100 billion yuan in 2010 to reach the national output value of 23.3 percent, global 7.2 percent, and become one of the most important construction machinery R & D and manufacturing bases in the whole country and even in the world. This paper is based on the profit competitiveness, scientific research competitiveness and brand competitiveness, and on this basis subdivides into eight secondary indicators, using SPSS software to standardize the selected data indicators, and then use the principal component analysis method. This paper analyzes and evaluates the competitiveness of six major construction machinery industry clusters in China. The comprehensive competitiveness of the six major construction machinery industrial clusters are: Xuzhou 8.38, Changzhou -5.88, Changsha, Hunan 12.48, Xiamen, Fujian 4.39, Liuzhou 3.93 in Guangxi, and 0.55 in Jining, Shandong. In this paper, the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of Changsha construction machinery industry are analyzed. On this basis, the countermeasures to enhance the competitiveness of construction machinery industry in Changsha are put forward: introduction and going out grafting, industry and financial industry, industrialization and information grafting and dislocation development, group development. Establish shared platform and other basic ideas to enhance the competitiveness of Changsha construction machinery industry.
