修理工休假的預(yù)防維修更換策略

【摘要】:在可靠性數(shù)學(xué)理論中,維修策略已經(jīng)成為研究的重要內(nèi)容。修理工休假的預(yù)防維修模型是維修策略的一個熱門研究課題。為了延長系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行時間,在系統(tǒng)故障之前考慮了預(yù)防維修。論文在參考文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,將事后維修和預(yù)防維修結(jié)合起來運(yùn)用于可修系統(tǒng),且假定預(yù)防維修能夠“修復(fù)如新”,而事后維修為“修復(fù)非新”,研究了幾種修理工休假的預(yù)防維修策略。 首先,研究了修理工帶有單重休假且延遲修理的可修系統(tǒng)的預(yù)防維修策略。系統(tǒng)每次故障時,延遲修理的概率為1p,以系統(tǒng)的故障次數(shù)為更換策略。通過更新過程理論,得出了系統(tǒng)經(jīng)長期運(yùn)行單位時間內(nèi)期望費用的表達(dá)式,,并與非預(yù)防維修策略下得到的期望費用進(jìn)行了比較。通過實例驗證,存在最優(yōu)維修策略使目標(biāo)函數(shù)達(dá)到最小。 其次,在修理工帶有多重休假的條件下,分別討論了可修系統(tǒng)只有一種失效狀態(tài)和兩種失效狀態(tài)的預(yù)防維修策略。以系統(tǒng)的故障次數(shù)為維修策略,得出了系統(tǒng)經(jīng)長期運(yùn)行單位時間內(nèi)期望費用的明顯表達(dá)式,并對預(yù)防維修的周期、修理工休假時間及維修策略進(jìn)行討論。 再次,研究了修理工帶有多重休假且定期檢測的累積沖擊模型。為了延長系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行時間,在檢測時考慮了預(yù)防維修。以系統(tǒng)的檢測周期和故障次數(shù)為二維決策變量,選取系統(tǒng)經(jīng)長期運(yùn)行單位時間內(nèi)期望費用為目標(biāo)函數(shù)。并通過數(shù)值分析,求出了最優(yōu)策略。 最后,研究了修理工帶有多重休假的串聯(lián)可修系統(tǒng)的預(yù)防維修策略。以部件的故障次數(shù)為維修策略,在期望費用的約束下,選取系統(tǒng)經(jīng)長期運(yùn)行單位時間內(nèi)平均停機(jī)時間為目標(biāo)函數(shù),建立了非線性規(guī)劃模型。
[Abstract]:In the reliability mathematics theory, the maintenance strategy has become the important content of the research. The preventive maintenance model of repairman's vacation is a hot research topic of maintenance strategy. In order to extend the running time of the system, preventive maintenance was considered before the system failure. On the basis of reference, the paper applies the ex post maintenance and preventive maintenance to the repairable system, and assumes that the preventive maintenance can be repaired as new, while the post repair is not new. Several preventive maintenance strategies for repairman's vacation are studied. Firstly, the preventive maintenance strategy of repairable system with single vacation and delayed repair is studied. The probability of delay repair is 1 p when the system fails, and the replacement strategy is based on the failure times of the system. Based on the renewal process theory, the expression of the expected cost per unit time of the system is obtained and compared with the expected cost under the non-preventive maintenance strategy. An example shows that there is an optimal maintenance strategy to minimize the objective function. Secondly, under the condition that the repairman has multiple vacations, the preventive maintenance strategy of repairable system with only one failure state and two failure states is discussed respectively. Taking the failure times of the system as the maintenance strategy, an obvious expression of the expected cost per unit time of the system running for a long time is obtained, and the period of preventive maintenance, the vacation time of the repairman and the maintenance strategy are discussed. Thirdly, the cumulative impact model with multiple vacations and periodic detection is studied. In order to prolong the running time of the system, preventive maintenance is considered in the inspection. Taking the detection period and the number of faults as the two dimensional decision variables, the expected cost of the system per unit time is chosen as the objective function. The optimal strategy is obtained by numerical analysis. Finally, the preventive maintenance strategy of the series repairable system with multiple vacations is studied. Taking the failure times of components as the maintenance strategy and under the constraint of expected cost, the nonlinear programming model is established by selecting the average downtime per unit time of the system as the objective function.
