100t履帶起重機回轉液壓系統(tǒng)設計及改進

【摘要】:全液壓履帶式起重機是當今工程施工中非常重要的工具設備之一,隨著我國經濟建設的發(fā)展,特別是工程建設的發(fā)展,對其需求量越來越大,同時對其性能的要求也越來越高。液壓回轉機構作為起重機的重要機構之一,其各項性能的好壞直接影響到整個起重機的技術性能。在我們實現(xiàn)生產設計過程中,液壓系統(tǒng)設計均依靠經驗和類比的方法,再輔助于計算機檢測系統(tǒng),最后通過樣機來檢驗設計是否合理。通過對液壓系統(tǒng)的檢測分析,可以在設計查找出錯誤之處,并進行完善和二次優(yōu)化選型。 本文以TEREX拓能(山東)重型機械制造有限公司開發(fā)制作的PR100(100t)全液壓履帶實際項目為背景基礎,對該起重機回轉系統(tǒng)進行了設計計算和選型分析。 (1)分析多種回轉機構及回轉液壓系統(tǒng),并對100t履帶起重機的回轉液壓系統(tǒng)進行了計算和選型。 (2)測量分析了影響回轉液壓系統(tǒng)技術特性的主要因素,并對液壓履帶起重機的回轉機構電氣控制系統(tǒng)提出了新的要求。 (3)對液壓履帶起重機回轉液壓系統(tǒng)進行了改進設計,并利用減緩液壓沖擊和波動的方法,得出通過并聯(lián)阻尼的方法,能夠大幅降低回轉運動的沖擊。 本文主要闡明液壓系統(tǒng)的工程計算和液壓元件選型計算,其目的是為指導履帶起重機回轉液壓系統(tǒng)的改進、優(yōu)化和設計提供了理論依據(jù)和優(yōu)化方法,同時將阻尼閥選用引入到履帶起重機的液壓系統(tǒng)設計當中,具有指導設計生產的實際意義。
[Abstract]:Full-hydraulic crawler crane is one of the most important tools and equipments in engineering construction nowadays. With the development of economic construction in China, especially the development of engineering construction, the demand for crawler crane is increasing, and the requirement for its performance is becoming higher and higher. As one of the important mechanisms of crane, hydraulic rotary mechanism has a direct impact on the technical performance of the whole crane. In the process of realizing the production design, the hydraulic system design depends on the experience and analogy method, and then assists in the computer inspection system. Finally, the prototype is used to verify whether the design is reasonable or not. By testing and analyzing the hydraulic system, we can find out the mistakes in the design, and perfect and optimize the selection of the hydraulic system. Based on the actual project of full hydraulic crawler developed by TEREX Tone (Shandong) heavy Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd., this paper makes design calculation and type selection analysis on the rotary system of the crane. 1) analyze various kinds of rotary mechanism and rotary hydraulic system, and calculate and select the rotary hydraulic system of 100t crawler crane. The main factors affecting the technical characteristics of rotary hydraulic system are analyzed, and new requirements for the electrical control system of rotary mechanism of hydraulic crawler crane are put forward. In this paper, the hydraulic system of hydraulic crawler crane is improved, and the method of reducing hydraulic shock and fluctuation is used to reduce the impact of rotary motion by the method of parallel damping. This paper mainly expounds the engineering calculation and hydraulic component selection calculation of hydraulic system. The purpose of this paper is to provide the theoretical basis and optimization method for improving, optimizing and designing the rotary hydraulic system of crawler crane. At the same time, the selection of damping valve is introduced into the hydraulic system design of crawler crane, which has the practical significance of guiding the design and production.
