【摘要】：機(jī)械故障診斷中最重要的一步是提取故障特征,盲源分離在這一領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用具有光明的發(fā)展情景,盲源分離是一種多通道的信號(hào)處理方法,可以在不知道傳輸通道的情況下分離出源信號(hào)。對(duì)于機(jī)械故障診斷,最重的是提取出能夠反映出機(jī)械運(yùn)行信息的原始特征信號(hào),應(yīng)用盲源分離來進(jìn)行故障診斷,可以提取出機(jī)械在運(yùn)行中的各種獨(dú)立的源信號(hào),本論文探討將如何將盲源分離應(yīng)用到機(jī)械故障診斷中去,本文主要完成了如下這些工作。 講述了機(jī)械故障診斷的意義、盲源分離的簡(jiǎn)介、盲源分離理論的發(fā)展以及在故障診斷應(yīng)用中的發(fā)展。系統(tǒng)的介紹了盲源分離理論所涉及到的各種基礎(chǔ)理論知識(shí)以及各種盲源分離算法。講述了機(jī)械振動(dòng)信號(hào)在機(jī)械設(shè)備中的傳輸機(jī)理以及齒輪和軸承的各種常見故障以及頻域表現(xiàn)特征。源數(shù)估計(jì)是盲源分離的一個(gè)很重要的前期工作,在講述了一種各種信號(hào)估計(jì)方法后,提出了一種新的信號(hào)處理方法�；诙A累積量和高階累積量聯(lián)合對(duì)角化的盲源分離算法是一種很穩(wěn)定的盲源分離算法,本文講述了這兩種算法的原理以及分離性能,設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)驗(yàn)方案,再根據(jù)盲源分離模型模型,采用低通濾波器,對(duì)信號(hào)進(jìn)行處理,再使用這兩中算法分離真實(shí)的采集信號(hào)。
[Abstract]:The most important step in mechanical fault diagnosis is to extract fault features. The application of blind source separation in this field has a bright development scenario. Blind source separation is a multi-channel signal processing method. The source signal can be separated without knowing the transmission channel. For mechanical fault diagnosis, the most important thing is to extract the original characteristic signal which can reflect the information of mechanical operation, and to use blind source separation for fault diagnosis, which can extract all kinds of independent source signals of machinery in operation. This paper discusses how to apply blind source separation to mechanical fault diagnosis. This paper describes the significance of mechanical fault diagnosis, the introduction of blind source separation, the development of blind source separation theory and its application in fault diagnosis. The basic theories and algorithms of blind source separation are introduced systematically. The transmission mechanism of mechanical vibration signal in mechanical equipment, the common faults of gear and bearing and the characteristic of frequency domain are described. Source number estimation is an important work in blind source separation. After describing a variety of signal estimation methods, a new signal processing method is proposed. The blind source separation algorithm based on the diagonalization of second-order cumulant and high-order cumulant is a very stable blind source separation algorithm. According to the blind source separation model, the low pass filter is used to process the signal, and the two algorithms are used to separate the real collected signal.
