【摘要】:剪叉式液壓升降平臺(tái)行業(yè)發(fā)展迅速,在國(guó)內(nèi)有眾多的生產(chǎn)企業(yè)。剪叉式液壓升降平臺(tái)雖然已有國(guó)產(chǎn)化的自主品牌,但是其設(shè)計(jì)方法不盡完善,在產(chǎn)品開發(fā)方面,現(xiàn)代化設(shè)計(jì)方法的應(yīng)用研究較國(guó)外落后很多,從而導(dǎo)致產(chǎn)品笨重,開發(fā)周期較長(zhǎng),傳統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)及分析方法越來(lái)越不能滿足產(chǎn)品性能提高及資源的有效利用。 本文通過(guò)對(duì)剪叉式液壓升降平臺(tái)進(jìn)行分析計(jì)算,推導(dǎo)了決定剪叉式液壓升降平臺(tái)功能的各參數(shù)的理論解析式,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了可視化、參數(shù)化的CAD系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)思想。在CAD系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)中,,利用VS2005的VC++語(yǔ)言模塊對(duì)主流的Pro/ENGINEER三維設(shè)計(jì)軟件進(jìn)行二次開發(fā),采用Pro/TOOLKIT同步模式(Synchronous Mode)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。此過(guò)程是通過(guò)編譯VS2005應(yīng)用程序生成的接口文件,實(shí)現(xiàn)Pro/ENGINEER、Pro/TOOLKIT與MFC三者之間的數(shù)據(jù)通信,同時(shí)還利用Pro/TOOLKIT提供的UI對(duì)話框函數(shù)、菜單函數(shù),并結(jié)合VS2005可視化界面技術(shù)和數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)技術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)出人機(jī)交互界面,實(shí)現(xiàn)了剪叉式液壓升降平臺(tái)零部件的參數(shù)化設(shè)計(jì)。主要研究?jī)?nèi)容如下: 1.通過(guò)分析剪叉式液壓升降平臺(tái)的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn),建立了一液壓缸推動(dòng)三幅剪叉臂的升降平臺(tái)的數(shù)學(xué)模型,利用桿組分析的理論對(duì)各參數(shù)進(jìn)行計(jì)算,推導(dǎo)出各個(gè)參數(shù)之間的關(guān)系及規(guī)律性。 2.以Pro/ENGINEER三維軟件為平臺(tái)建立剪叉式液壓升降平臺(tái)各零部件實(shí)體模型及裝配模型,并進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)開發(fā)與組件的參數(shù)化研究。 3.以Pro/ENGINEER二次開發(fā)應(yīng)用程序Pro/TOOLKIT為平臺(tái),利用VS2005集成開發(fā)環(huán)境實(shí)現(xiàn)菜單設(shè)計(jì)、對(duì)話框設(shè)計(jì)、MFC用戶界面設(shè)計(jì)。編制了界面友好,功能齊全的人機(jī)交互環(huán)境。 4.利用Pro/MECHANICA模塊的運(yùn)動(dòng)分析功能實(shí)現(xiàn)剪叉式液壓升降平臺(tái)的運(yùn)動(dòng)仿真。 通過(guò)以上研究開發(fā)出一套完整的剪叉式液壓升降平臺(tái)CAD系統(tǒng),系統(tǒng)界面友好,操作方便,功能強(qiáng)大,顯著縮短了產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)周期,提高了設(shè)計(jì)水平,具有較強(qiáng)的實(shí)用價(jià)值和廣闊的發(fā)展前景。
[Abstract]:The industry of shear-fork hydraulic lift platform develops rapidly, and there are many production enterprises in our country. Although the shear-fork hydraulic lift platform has its own domestic brand, its design method is not perfect. In product development, the application research of modern design method lags far behind that of foreign countries, which leads to heavy product. Because of the long development cycle, the traditional design and analysis methods can not meet the requirements of product performance improvement and efficient utilization of resources. Based on the analysis and calculation of the shear-fork hydraulic lifting platform, this paper deduces the theoretical analytical expressions of the parameters that determine the function of the shear-fork hydraulic lifting platform, and puts forward the visual and parameterized design idea of the CAD system on this basis. In the development of CAD system, the main Pro/ENGINEER 3D design software is redeveloped by using VC language module of VS2005, and the synchronous mode of Pro/TOOLKIT is used to design it. In this process, the interface file generated by VS2005 application is compiled to realize the data communication between Prop / engineer ProP / toolkit and MFC. At the same time, it also uses the UI dialog function and menu function provided by Pro/TOOLKIT. Combined with VS2005 visual interface technology and database technology, the man-machine interface is designed, and the parameterized design of the components of the shear-fork hydraulic lifting platform is realized. The main contents of the study are as follows: 1. By analyzing the structural characteristics of the shear-fork hydraulic lifting platform, the mathematical model of the lifting platform with three shear arms driven by a hydraulic cylinder is established, and the parameters are calculated by using the theory of rod group analysis. The relationship and regularity of each parameter are deduced. 2. The solid model and assembly model of the parts and components of the shear-fork hydraulic lift platform are established on the platform of Pro/ENGINEER, and the database development and the parameterized research of the components are carried out. 3. On the platform of Pro/ENGINEER secondary development application program Pro/TOOLKIT, the menu design is realized by using VS2005 integrated development environment, and the user interface design of dialog box is designed. A friendly interface and complete function man-machine interaction environment is developed. 4. The motion simulation of shear-fork hydraulic lifting platform is realized by using the motion analysis function of Pro/MECHANICA module. Through the above research, a complete CAD system of shear-fork hydraulic lifting platform is developed. The system has friendly interface, convenient operation and powerful function. It shortens the design cycle of the product and improves the design level. It has strong practical value and broad development prospect.
