基于PLC控制的化油器自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)線研究

【摘要】:本課題來(lái)源于某化油器生產(chǎn)線的改造項(xiàng)目。原生產(chǎn)線的加工工藝和控制系統(tǒng)落后,已不能適應(yīng)企業(yè)的發(fā)展要求。為了提高生產(chǎn)效率和加工質(zhì)量,設(shè)計(jì)和開(kāi)發(fā)了基于PLC控制的化油器自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)線。 首先,分析生產(chǎn)線的加工工藝流程,確定生產(chǎn)線的總體設(shè)計(jì)思路;結(jié)合精益生產(chǎn)的設(shè)計(jì)思想,設(shè)計(jì)了能實(shí)現(xiàn)快速換模的工件定位板;然后,提出PLC控制系統(tǒng)總體設(shè)計(jì)的要求、步驟和基本結(jié)構(gòu)。 PLC控制系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)主要包括硬件設(shè)計(jì)和軟件設(shè)計(jì)兩部分;硬件設(shè)計(jì)主要有控制系統(tǒng)電路的設(shè)計(jì)、電器元件的選型、PLC的選型以及PLC輸入/輸出模塊的設(shè)計(jì)。其中,控制系統(tǒng)選用性能優(yōu)良的三菱FX系列PLC作為控制器,保證了系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性和擴(kuò)展性。軟件設(shè)計(jì)部分是PLC控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的核心,PLC程序的總體結(jié)構(gòu)采用模塊化設(shè)計(jì)和跳轉(zhuǎn)設(shè)計(jì);模塊化設(shè)計(jì)使各程序模塊的功能相對(duì)對(duì)立,結(jié)構(gòu)清晰,而跳轉(zhuǎn)設(shè)計(jì)可實(shí)現(xiàn)各程序模塊之間的有選擇地執(zhí)行。各單元的自動(dòng)控制程序采用順序控制設(shè)計(jì)法,程序簡(jiǎn)潔易懂,提高了程序的設(shè)計(jì)效率。以上的程序設(shè)計(jì)方法都增強(qiáng)了程序的可讀性和可維護(hù)性,便于進(jìn)行再次的修改升級(jí)。 最后,本控制系統(tǒng)組裝、調(diào)試成功后投入使用。生產(chǎn)實(shí)踐證明,該控制系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行效果良好,使生產(chǎn)效率和加工質(zhì)量都得到大幅度提高。
[Abstract]:This subject comes from the revamping project of a carburetor production line. The processing technology and control system of the original production line are backward and can not meet the development requirements of the enterprise. In order to improve production efficiency and processing quality, a carburetor automation production line based on PLC control was designed and developed. First of all, the processing process of the production line is analyzed, and the overall design idea of the production line is determined. In combination with the design idea of lean production, a workpiece positioning board is designed to realize rapid die changing. Then, the requirements of the overall design of the PLC control system are put forward. Steps and basic structure. The design of PLC control system mainly includes two parts: hardware design and software design. The hardware design mainly includes the design of control system circuit, the selection of electrical components and the design of PLC input / output module. In the control system, Mitsubishi FX series PLC is chosen as the controller, which ensures the stability and expansibility of the system. The software design part is the core of PLC control system design, which adopts modularization design and jump design, which makes the function of each program module relatively opposite, and the structure is clear. The jump design can realize the selective execution among the program modules. The automatic control program of each unit adopts sequential control design method, which is simple and easy to understand, and improves the efficiency of program design. The above program design methods enhance the readability and maintainability of the program, so it is easy to modify and upgrade again. Finally, the control system is assembled and successfully debugged and put into use. The production practice shows that the control system works well and the production efficiency and processing quality are greatly improved.
