【摘要】:通過(guò)合理分配訂單來(lái)均衡集群內(nèi)多供應(yīng)商的生產(chǎn)負(fù)荷狀況,進(jìn)而實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群內(nèi)制造資源的優(yōu)化配置,需要實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)生產(chǎn)負(fù)荷信息在集群內(nèi)各企業(yè)之間共享。然而,目前對(duì)生產(chǎn)負(fù)荷狀況的研究主要局限于企業(yè)內(nèi)部,避開了制造過(guò)程負(fù)荷狀況信息的獲取問(wèn)題,而且通常從制造資源能力、訂單任務(wù)、產(chǎn)品工藝和企業(yè)管理水平等不同方面進(jìn)行考慮,沒(méi)有形成合適的、容易獲取的參數(shù)對(duì)其表征,這極大地限制了集群內(nèi)制造資源配置、調(diào)度等問(wèn)題的深入研究。 論文針對(duì)訂單分配過(guò)程中對(duì)供應(yīng)商生產(chǎn)負(fù)荷狀況信息的需求,,提出以生產(chǎn)負(fù)荷率來(lái)表征供應(yīng)商在訂單未來(lái)完成期內(nèi)的生產(chǎn)負(fù)荷狀況,通過(guò)分析生產(chǎn)負(fù)荷狀態(tài)的特征、影響因素,建立了生產(chǎn)負(fù)荷率計(jì)算模型,并得出生產(chǎn)負(fù)荷率信息內(nèi)容及其來(lái)源?紤]到生產(chǎn)負(fù)荷率信息內(nèi)容具有數(shù)量大、分布廣、形式多樣和動(dòng)態(tài)變化等特征,以及訂單分配環(huán)境下部分供應(yīng)商生產(chǎn)負(fù)荷率信息無(wú)法直接獲取的問(wèn)題,論文首先通過(guò)構(gòu)建生產(chǎn)負(fù)荷率本體模型,以形成領(lǐng)域知識(shí)庫(kù),從原始信息資源檢索、信息內(nèi)容抽取兩大步驟實(shí)現(xiàn)基于領(lǐng)域本體的供應(yīng)商生產(chǎn)負(fù)荷率信息內(nèi)容抽。蝗缓笠霐(shù)據(jù)挖掘技術(shù),分別采用最大信息熵理論、粗糙集理論來(lái)預(yù)測(cè)不確定生產(chǎn)負(fù)荷量和評(píng)估供應(yīng)商生產(chǎn)能力綜合效率因子,從可獲取的供應(yīng)商信息資源中挖掘出潛在的、無(wú)法直接獲取的部分供應(yīng)商生產(chǎn)負(fù)荷率信息;最后基于前面的理論分析,探討了面向訂單分配的多供應(yīng)商生產(chǎn)負(fù)荷率信息獲取平臺(tái)體系結(jié)構(gòu)及其功能模塊,并結(jié)合實(shí)際案例進(jìn)行應(yīng)用,驗(yàn)證了信息獲取方法與技術(shù)的有效性。
[Abstract]:Through the rational allocation of orders to balance the production load of multi-suppliers in the cluster and realize the optimal allocation of manufacturing resources in the industrial cluster, it is necessary to share the production load information among the enterprises in the cluster. However, the current research on the production load status is mainly confined to the enterprise, avoiding the problem of obtaining the information of the manufacturing process load condition, and usually from the manufacturing resource capacity, order task, Different aspects such as product process and enterprise management are considered, and no suitable and easily obtained parameters are formed to characterize them, which greatly limits the in-depth study of manufacturing resource allocation and scheduling in the cluster. In order to meet the demand of supplier's production load information in the process of order distribution, this paper puts forward that the production load rate can be used to represent the supplier's production load status in the future completion period of the order, and by analyzing the characteristics of the production load state, the influencing factors are analyzed. The calculation model of production load rate is established, and the content and source of production load rate information are obtained. Considering that production load rate information is characterized by large quantity, wide distribution, diverse forms and dynamic changes, as well as problems that some suppliers' production load rate information cannot be directly obtained under the environment of order distribution, Firstly, the paper constructs the production load rate ontology model to form the domain knowledge base, retrieves the original information resources and extracts the information content from the original information resources to realize the supplier production load rate information content extraction based on the domain ontology. Then the data mining technology is introduced. The maximum information entropy theory and rough set theory are used to predict the uncertain production load and evaluate the comprehensive efficiency factor of supplier production capacity. Finally, based on the previous theoretical analysis, the architecture and function modules of the multi-supplier production load rate information acquisition platform for order allocation are discussed. The effectiveness of information acquisition method and technology is verified by practical cases.
