文章摘要：目的評價每日喚醒在ICU機械通氣鎮(zhèn)靜患者中的應用效果。方法計算機檢索中國期刊全文數(shù)據(jù)庫（CNKI）、中國生物醫(yī)學文獻服務(wù)系統(tǒng)（CBM）、維普期刊資源整合服務(wù)平臺（VIP）、Cochrane圖書館、MEDLINE、WebofKnowledge、EMbase中關(guān)于每日喚醒的隨機對照試驗，并且篩選納入文獻的參考文獻。由2名研究者對文獻質(zhì)量進行嚴格評價和資料提取，對符合質(zhì)量標準的研究進行meta分析。結(jié)果共納入8篇隨機對照試驗，包括757例患者。meta分析結(jié)果證實，每日喚醒能夠縮短ICU機械通氣鎮(zhèn)靜患者機械通氣時間（Z=5．36，P〈0．01）、ICU住院時間（Z=22．93，P〈0．05），，降低氣管切開率（Z=3．97，P〈0．01），且不增加患者自行拔除管道的發(fā)生率（Z=0．53，P〉0．05）。結(jié)論對于ICU機械通氣鎮(zhèn)靜患者，每日喚醒是安全有效的，建議臨床推廣使用。

Abstr：Objective To systematically evaluate the effectiveness of daily interruption of sedation in sedated patients with mechanical ventilation in ICU. Methods The randomized controlled trials（RCTs） on the application of daily interruption of sedation in sedated patients with mechanical ventilation in ICU were collected through the databases such as the Cochrane library,MEDLINE,Web of Knowledge,EMbase,CNKI,CBM and VIP Data. The quality of studies was critically appraised and data were extracted by two reviewers independently. Meta-analysis was conducted for the included studies. Results Eight RCTs involving 757 patients were included. Meta-analysis showed that the application of daily interruption of sedation in sedated patients with mechanical ventilation in ICU could shorten the duration of mechanical ventilation（Z=5.36,P〈O.O1）,length of ICU（Z=22.93,P〈O.05） and reduce the risk of tracheostomy（Z=3.97,P〈0.01）. Additionally,daily sedation interruption was not associated with increasing risk of removal of endotracheal tube by the patients（Z=0.53 ,P〉0.05）. Conclusion The application of daily interruption of sedation in sedated patients with mechanical ventilation in ICU is safe and effective. It is worth being popularized.
