光學(xué)玻璃塊自動(dòng)稱(chēng)重分選機(jī)研究

【摘要】:光學(xué)玻璃是制造光學(xué)儀器關(guān)鍵部件的重要材料。光學(xué)玻璃塊的重量直接關(guān)系到光學(xué)鏡片的厚度、曲率及半徑等,從而影響光學(xué)儀器的質(zhì)量。隨著生產(chǎn)效率的不斷提高,手動(dòng)稱(chēng)重分選開(kāi)始滿(mǎn)足不了生產(chǎn)需求,研究一種高精度、高速度的自動(dòng)稱(chēng)重分選技術(shù)成為迫切需求。因此,本文進(jìn)行了光學(xué)玻璃塊自動(dòng)稱(chēng)重分選機(jī)的技術(shù)研究。 本文制定了分選機(jī)的系統(tǒng)方案,包括機(jī)械系統(tǒng)和測(cè)控系統(tǒng)兩部分。分選采用差動(dòng)稱(chēng)重原理,能有效控制零漂現(xiàn)象,實(shí)現(xiàn)高精度測(cè)量。 完成了分選機(jī)機(jī)械系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和裝配,主要包括:上下料機(jī)構(gòu)、稱(chēng)重機(jī)構(gòu)和分組機(jī)構(gòu)等。上下料機(jī)構(gòu)基于皮帶傳動(dòng)實(shí)現(xiàn),稱(chēng)重機(jī)構(gòu)和分組機(jī)構(gòu)基于氣動(dòng)技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)。 完成了分選機(jī)測(cè)控系統(tǒng)的硬、軟件設(shè)計(jì)。硬件系統(tǒng)主要包括動(dòng)作程序控制、測(cè)量系統(tǒng)和I/O接口三個(gè)部分。動(dòng)作程序控制通過(guò)PLC控制機(jī)械動(dòng)作;測(cè)量系統(tǒng)完成稱(chēng)重信號(hào)的采集和處理; I/O接口實(shí)現(xiàn)PLC與工控機(jī)間的通訊,PLC控制工控機(jī)采樣,工控機(jī)通知PLC分組結(jié)果。工控機(jī)軟件基于LabVIEW開(kāi)發(fā)完成,并給出了適應(yīng)自動(dòng)生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)結(jié)果顯示、調(diào)試操作、故障報(bào)警等友好的人機(jī)界面。 分選機(jī)使用情況表明:該系統(tǒng)測(cè)量精度為±0.02g,工作節(jié)拍小于2s/件,分組準(zhǔn)確,達(dá)到了預(yù)期的設(shè)計(jì)目的,能實(shí)現(xiàn)高精度、高效率、低破損率的自動(dòng)分選,滿(mǎn)足光學(xué)玻璃塊自動(dòng)稱(chēng)重分選的要求。
[Abstract]:Optical glass is an important material for making the key parts of optical instruments. The weight of optical glass is directly related to the thickness, curvature and radius of optical lenses, which affect the quality of optical instruments. With the continuous improvement of production efficiency, manual weighing separation begins to meet the demand of production, and studies a high precision and high speed automatic. Weighing and sorting technology has become an urgent need. Therefore, this paper has carried out the technical research of automatic weighing and sorting machine for optical glass block.
In this paper, the system scheme of the separator is formulated, including the two parts of the mechanical system and the measurement and control system. The differential weighing principle is selected and the zero drift phenomenon can be effectively controlled and the high precision measurement can be realized.
The structural design and assembly of the mechanical system of the separator are completed, including the feeding mechanism, the weighing mechanism and the grouping mechanism. The upper and lower feeding mechanisms are based on the belt transmission, and the weighing mechanism and the grouping mechanism are based on the pneumatic technology.
The hardware system is composed of three parts: action program control, measurement system and I/O interface. The action program controls the mechanical action through PLC; the measurement system completes the acquisition and processing of the weighing signal; the I/O interface realizes the communication between the PLC and the industrial control machine, the PLC controls the sampling of the industrial control computer and the working process. The control machine notifications PLC group results. The industrial control computer software is based on the LabVIEW development, and gives the friendly man-machine interface which is adapted to the field results display, debugging operation, fault alarm and so on.
The use of the separator shows that the measuring precision of the system is + 0.02g, the working rhythm is less than 2s/, the grouping is accurate, the desired design goal is achieved, the automatic sorting of high precision, high efficiency and low breakage rate can be realized, and the requirement of automatic weighing and sorting of optical glass block can be met.
