塔式起重機非線性地震反應研究

【摘要】:以某塔式起重機為研究對象,利用ANSYS軟件計算塔機最大獨立狀態(tài)下的固有頻率,并得到其前六階振型和基本周期。選用El-Centro波作為地震動輸入,采用時程分析法,計算抗震設防等級為7度時地震作用下塔機動態(tài)響應。對比線性和非線性分析計算結(jié)果,得出非線性因素對塔機結(jié)構(gòu)動態(tài)響應影響很大。計算塔機起重臂與地震載荷處于不同角度時的非線性地震反應,結(jié)果表明,起重臂與地震載荷間的夾角對塔機結(jié)構(gòu)的動態(tài)響應具有一定影響,當起重臂與水平地震載荷平行時,有利于塔機結(jié)構(gòu)的安全。
[Abstract]:Taking a tower crane as the research object, ANSYS software is used to calculate the natural frequency under the maximum independent state of the tower crane, and its first six order modes and basic cycles are obtained. El-Centro wave is used as ground motion input and time history analysis method is used to calculate the dynamic response of the tower crane under the earthquake resistance level of 7 degrees. The contrast linear and non line are compared. The results show that the nonlinear factors have great influence on the dynamic response of the tower crane structure. The nonlinear seismic response of the tower crane and the earthquake load at different angles is calculated. The results show that the angle between the lifting arm and the earthquake load has a certain influence on the dynamic response of the tower crane structure, when the arm and the horizontal seismic load balance are taken. When traveling, it is beneficial to the safety of the tower crane structure.
