基于LTCA的弧齒錐齒輪修形技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:弧齒錐齒輪由于其傳動(dòng)平穩(wěn)、噪聲小、承載能力高等優(yōu)點(diǎn)被廣泛應(yīng)用在航空、汽車等行業(yè)中,主要的傳動(dòng)方式有相交或相錯(cuò),其性能的優(yōu)劣直接影響著傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的性能。隨著現(xiàn)代工業(yè)的發(fā)展,汽車、工程機(jī)械、直升飛機(jī)等對(duì)弧齒錐齒輪的要求愈來(lái)愈高,尤其表現(xiàn)在承載能力和傳動(dòng)誤差等方面。 本文圍繞弧齒錐齒輪的傳動(dòng)嚙合特性,重點(diǎn)針對(duì)齒輪承載接觸能力以及接觸跡等問(wèn)題進(jìn)行深入的探討和研究。通過(guò)研究弧齒錐齒輪齒形形成原理,嚙合理論,實(shí)現(xiàn)參數(shù)化設(shè)計(jì)與三維建模,獲得了參數(shù)化建模軟件;分析了齒輪接觸分析和承載接觸分析方法,就接觸問(wèn)題的求解方法方面對(duì)赫茲接觸理論及接觸算法進(jìn)行了概述,重點(diǎn)探討了ANSYS中的接觸算法問(wèn)題,并以此為依托,在ANSYS workbench中對(duì)弧齒錐齒輪進(jìn)行輪齒的承載接觸問(wèn)題進(jìn)行深入的研究分析,獲得了弧齒錐齒輪的接觸跡;針對(duì)弧齒錐齒輪的輪齒承載接觸分析結(jié)果,對(duì)其進(jìn)行齒廓修形理論的分析研究,確立了齒廓修形的最大修形量、修形長(zhǎng)度以及修形曲線,建立了修形弧齒錐齒輪實(shí)體幾何模型,并進(jìn)行修形后的齒輪承載接觸分析,分析結(jié)果表明,修形后接觸跡得到了有效的改善,而且大大的提高了接觸強(qiáng)度,從而為弧齒錐齒輪的齒廓修形的研究和實(shí)踐提供了有效的理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Arc bevel gear is widely used in aviation, automobile and other industries because of its stable transmission, low noise and high bearing capacity. The main transmission modes are intersection or mismatch, and the performance of the gear directly affects the performance of the transmission system. With the development of modern industry, the requirements for spiral bevel gears, such as automobiles, construction machinery and helicopters, are becoming more and more high, especially in the aspects of bearing capacity and transmission error. Focusing on the meshing characteristics of spiral bevel gears, this paper focuses on the bearing capacity and contact trace of gears. The parametric design and 3D modeling are realized by studying the forming principle and meshing theory of spiral bevel gear, and the parameterized modeling software is obtained, and the methods of gear contact analysis and bearing contact analysis are analyzed. In this paper, the Hertz contact theory and contact algorithm are summarized, and the contact algorithm in ANSYS is discussed. In ANSYS workbench, the tooth bearing contact of arc bevel gear is studied and analyzed, and the contact trace of arc bevel gear is obtained, and the results of tooth bearing contact analysis of arc bevel gear are analyzed. Based on the analysis of tooth profile modification theory, the maximum modification quantity, modification length and profile curve of tooth profile modification are established, and the solid geometric model of modified arc bevel gear is established, and the load bearing contact analysis of modified gear is carried out. The results show that the contact track has been improved effectively and the contact strength has been greatly improved after modification, which provides an effective theoretical basis for the research and practice of tooth profile modification of spiral bevel gear.
