面向SMT的SPC軟件設計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:質量控制是生產(chǎn)車間質量管理中的一個核心問題,是提高產(chǎn)品質量的關鍵。統(tǒng)計過程控制(SPC, Statistical Process Control)技術在推動工業(yè)生產(chǎn)過程中生產(chǎn)率的提高和產(chǎn)品質量的改善方面起到了巨大的推動作用。統(tǒng)計過程控制(SPC)技術在制造行業(yè)的成功推廣實施,為眾多企業(yè)創(chuàng)造了不可估量的價值,也為SPC在軟件行業(yè)的應用奠定了理論和實踐的基礎。印刷電路板(PCB)生產(chǎn)過程質量控制的目的是通過對表面貼裝技術(SMT)流水線上生產(chǎn)的PCB產(chǎn)品最終質量形成過程的關鍵因素進行控制,實現(xiàn)從源頭上對產(chǎn)品質量的控制,以便及早發(fā)現(xiàn)問題,縮短檢測返修和調試的周期,降低生產(chǎn)成本,提高產(chǎn)品的合格率。 本文研究了統(tǒng)計過程控制技術的基本原理和思想,重點介紹了控制圖技術,包括控制圖的設計原理、控制圖的類別、在受控狀態(tài)和失控狀態(tài)下的控制圖判別準則以及在質量管理中如何使用控制圖。著重分析了在SMT(Surface Mount Technology)生產(chǎn)中操作者、工藝方法、設備和原材料等對PCB加工過程質量的影響,找出了其中的關鍵因素。研究了SMT生產(chǎn)中產(chǎn)品質量和可靠性的評價方法、統(tǒng)計過程控制在SMT生產(chǎn)過程中的應用。深入分析了SMT生產(chǎn)對SPC軟件的需求,設計了SPC軟件的總體框架;詳細設計了數(shù)據(jù)錄入、控制圖、報表等關鍵功能,并在此基礎上實現(xiàn)了SPC軟件。 在九州公司SMT車間進行的測試表明,軟件具備關鍵工藝參數(shù)過程監(jiān)控的能力,為生產(chǎn)過程提供了一個早期報警系統(tǒng);減少了對常規(guī)檢驗的依賴,用系統(tǒng)的檢測方法替代了大量的檢測和驗證工作。
[Abstract]:Quality control is a core problem in the quality management of production workshop and the key to improve product quality. Statistical process control (Statistical Process Control) technology plays an important role in promoting the improvement of productivity and product quality in industrial production. The successful promotion and implementation of the statistical process control (SPC) technology in the manufacturing industry has created inestimable value for many enterprises and laid a theoretical and practical foundation for the application of SPC in the software industry. The purpose of quality control in the production process of printed circuit board (PCB) is to control the key factors of the final quality formation process of PCB products produced on the surface mount technology (SMT) assembly line, so as to realize the control of product quality from the source. In order to detect problems early, shorten the cycle of inspection rework and debugging, reduce the production cost and improve the qualified rate of products. In this paper, the basic principle and thought of statistical process control technology are studied, and the control chart technology is introduced emphatically, including the design principle of control chart, the category of control chart. The criterion of control chart in controlled state and out of control state and how to use control chart in quality management. The influences of operator, process method, equipment and raw materials on the quality of SMT(Surface Mount technology are analyzed, and the key factors are found out. The evaluation method of product quality and reliability in SMT production and the application of statistical process control in SMT production are studied. This paper deeply analyzes the demand of SMT production for SPC software, designs the general framework of SPC software, and designs the key functions of data input, control chart and report form in detail, and realizes the SPC software on this basis. Tests conducted in the SMT workshop of Kyushu Company show that the software has the ability to monitor the process of key process parameters, providing an early warning system for the production process and reducing reliance on routine testing. A large number of detection and verification work has been replaced by the system detection method.
