高速機(jī)床主軸軸承預(yù)緊力研究

【摘要】:滾動(dòng)軸承具有承載能力強(qiáng)、轉(zhuǎn)速及溫度適用范圍廣、自身能耗低、維護(hù)更換方便等諸多優(yōu)點(diǎn)。高速機(jī)床主軸是高速精密機(jī)床的核心部件,其支撐軸承組合多采用角接觸球軸承,所以角接觸球軸承的性能直接影響高速精密機(jī)床的整體性能。為了提高主軸的使用壽命、回轉(zhuǎn)精度和支撐剛度等,需要對(duì)主軸軸承施加一定的軸向預(yù)緊力,隨著主軸轉(zhuǎn)度的提高,對(duì)預(yù)緊技術(shù)的要求也越來(lái)越高。本文基于Matlab編程,對(duì)高速機(jī)床主軸軸承組合的預(yù)緊力設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了研究,主要工作如下: 對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外滾動(dòng)軸承基本理論和主軸軸承應(yīng)用中預(yù)緊技術(shù)的研究進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)要的概述,指出隨著高速機(jī)床的發(fā)展對(duì)于軸承技術(shù)的要求也越來(lái)越高,預(yù)緊力的合理選擇和控制能很好的提高軸承的使用性能,并結(jié)合機(jī)床應(yīng)用需要對(duì)本文的研究目標(biāo)和內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了概述。 根據(jù)軸承的基本理論總結(jié)了軸承參數(shù)之間的基本計(jì)算關(guān)系,對(duì)角接觸球軸承典型靜力學(xué)和擬靜力學(xué)分析方法進(jìn)行了總結(jié)和改進(jìn),得出了球軸承在給定載荷作用下的接觸角及接觸載荷等的計(jì)算方法,在力學(xué)分析的基礎(chǔ)上給出了軸承剛度的計(jì)算方法。 結(jié)合當(dāng)前的滾動(dòng)軸承理論和主軸軸承特點(diǎn),給出了適用于高速機(jī)床具有一般性的預(yù)緊力設(shè)計(jì)方法,包括預(yù)緊剛度的計(jì)算和主軸軸承組合溫升的精確計(jì)算,并根據(jù)當(dāng)前高速機(jī)床主軸結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn),總結(jié)了高速機(jī)床主軸廣泛采用的軸承組合支承結(jié)構(gòu),為以后高速機(jī)床的預(yù)緊力設(shè)計(jì)奠定了基礎(chǔ)。 在軸承基本理論的基礎(chǔ)上,給出了高速機(jī)床典型軸承組合結(jié)構(gòu)的靜力學(xué)和擬靜力學(xué)分析方法,并分別給出了軸向預(yù)緊力及給定聯(lián)合載荷下的分析方法,通過(guò)數(shù)值求解,在給定工況下計(jì)算了角接觸球軸承組合的載荷分配、接觸載荷、接觸角等特性,分析了載荷、尺寸偏差、溝曲率半徑系數(shù)及轉(zhuǎn)速等對(duì)軸承性能的影響,其中以分析影響軸承組合中載荷分配的因素為主。通過(guò)理論計(jì)算,說(shuō)明了軸承組合中考慮尺寸偏差的必要性。最后,根據(jù)靜力學(xué)和擬靜力學(xué)分析的結(jié)果計(jì)算預(yù)緊載荷和轉(zhuǎn)速對(duì)于軸承剛度的影響,結(jié)合機(jī)床工作時(shí)的剛度要求,可以為軸承組合預(yù)緊力的設(shè)計(jì)提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The high - speed machine tool spindle is the core part of the high - speed precision machine tool , and its supporting bearing assembly adopts angular contact ball bearing , so the performance of angular contact ball bearing directly affects the whole performance of high - speed precision machine tool .
The basic theory of rolling bearing at home and abroad and the research of pre - tightening technique in the application of spindle bearing are summarized . It is pointed out that with the development of high - speed machine tools , the requirement of bearing technology is getting higher and higher , the reasonable selection and control of pre - tightening force can improve the service performance of the bearing well , and the research object and content of this paper are summarized in combination with the application of machine tool .
Based on the basic theory of the bearing , the basic calculation relation between the bearing parameters , the typical static mechanics and the quasi - static analysis method of the diagonal contact ball bearing are summarized and improved , and the calculation method of the contact angle and the contact load of the ball bearing under a given load is obtained , and the calculation method of the bearing stiffness is given on the basis of the mechanical analysis .
Combined with the current rolling bearing theory and the characteristics of spindle bearing , this paper presents the design method of pre - tightening force suitable for high - speed machine tool , including the calculation of pre - tightening stiffness and the precise calculation of the combined temperature rise of the main shaft bearing , and based on the characteristics of the main shaft structure of the current high - speed machine tool , the bearing combination supporting structure widely adopted by the main shaft of the high - speed machine tool is summarized , which lays a foundation for the design of the pre - tightening force of the high - speed machine tool .
Based on the basic theory of bearing , the static and quasi - static analysis method of typical bearing combination structure of high - speed machine tool is presented . The influence of load , size deviation , radius coefficient of groove curvature and rotating speed on the bearing performance is analyzed by numerical solution . The influence of load , size deviation , groove curvature radius coefficient and rotation speed on the bearing performance is analyzed .
