【摘要】:隨著我國大力發(fā)展制造裝備行業(yè),企業(yè)對制造裝備的遠(yuǎn)程分布式監(jiān)控與維護(hù)的需求日益增多。在這樣的背景下,本文重點研究設(shè)計一款滿足制造裝備監(jiān)控需求的嵌入式監(jiān)控與維護(hù)單元原型。 本文在對嵌入式監(jiān)控與維護(hù)單元需求分析基礎(chǔ)上,論證并設(shè)計了單元原型系統(tǒng)的總體方案;針對以太網(wǎng)通信的擁塞控制問題,提出了一種根據(jù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)擁塞狀況動態(tài)調(diào)整擁塞窗口的優(yōu)化方法,并對改進(jìn)后的擁塞控制進(jìn)行網(wǎng)絡(luò)仿真;探討了在STM32硬件平臺上移植μc/os-Ⅱ嵌入式操作系統(tǒng)的問題,完成了LwIP以太網(wǎng)協(xié)議棧的移植優(yōu)化工作,實現(xiàn)了嵌入式監(jiān)控與維護(hù)單元的以太網(wǎng)通信功能;進(jìn)行原型系統(tǒng)的硬軟件詳細(xì)設(shè)計,包括電源系統(tǒng)、主控制器、數(shù)據(jù)存儲器、調(diào)試接口、以太網(wǎng)通信接口、USB接口、CAN、485總線接口等模塊硬件設(shè)計以及USB通信、CAN總線通信、RS485總線通信和嵌入式Web服務(wù)器實現(xiàn)等模塊軟件設(shè)計。 基于本文研究設(shè)計開發(fā)的嵌入式監(jiān)控與維護(hù)單元原型在重型裝備液壓機(jī)生產(chǎn)線上進(jìn)行初步應(yīng)用,應(yīng)用表明設(shè)計達(dá)到了預(yù)期目標(biāo),對實際的工程應(yīng)用具有一定的參考價值。
[Abstract]:With the development of manufacturing equipment industry in China, the demand for remote distributed monitoring and maintenance of manufacturing equipment is increasing day by day. In this context, this paper focuses on the design of an embedded monitoring and maintenance unit prototype to meet the monitoring requirements of manufacturing equipment. Based on the requirement analysis of embedded monitoring and maintenance unit, this paper demonstrates and designs the overall scheme of the unit prototype system, aiming at the congestion control problem of Ethernet communication. This paper presents an optimized method to dynamically adjust congestion window according to network congestion condition, and simulates the improved congestion control, and discusses the problem of transplanting 渭 cr / os- 鈪,
