雙渦輪液力變矩器相轉(zhuǎn)換點(diǎn)判定與特性預(yù)測(cè)研究

【摘要】:針對(duì)某雙渦輪液力變矩器內(nèi)部復(fù)雜的黏性流動(dòng)狀況,建立了三維數(shù)值模型,進(jìn)行了流場(chǎng)數(shù)值模擬計(jì)算,提出了雙渦輪液力變矩器不同工況的轉(zhuǎn)折點(diǎn)的判定,并計(jì)算了高轉(zhuǎn)速工況第一渦輪空轉(zhuǎn)轉(zhuǎn)速。通過(guò)數(shù)值計(jì)算結(jié)果對(duì)雙渦輪變矩器的原始特性進(jìn)行了預(yù)測(cè),并與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行了對(duì)比分析,結(jié)果表明:該計(jì)算方法可準(zhǔn)確對(duì)雙渦輪變矩器進(jìn)行相轉(zhuǎn)換點(diǎn)的判定以及進(jìn)行雙渦輪變矩器的特性預(yù)測(cè)。
[Abstract]:In view of the complex viscous flow in a double turbine torque converter, a three-dimensional numerical model is established, and the numerical simulation of the flow field is carried out. The determination of the turning point in different working conditions of the double turbine torque converter is presented. The first turbine idling speed in high speed condition is calculated. The original characteristics of double turbine torque converter are predicted by numerical results, and the results are compared with the experimental results. The results show that the calculation method can accurately determine the phase transition point of double turbine torque converter and predict the characteristics of double turbine torque converter.
