安全閥用旋轉(zhuǎn)切換閥流阻系數(shù)工程算法探討

【摘要】:安全閥前加裝切換閥可滿足安全閥的在線備份要求,分析了相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對(duì)于安全閥前旋轉(zhuǎn)切換閥壓力損失的要求,對(duì)旋轉(zhuǎn)切換閥的流阻特性進(jìn)行了理論分析。按照閥門(mén)設(shè)計(jì)手冊(cè)和ISO 4126-9標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中的計(jì)算方法計(jì)算旋轉(zhuǎn)切換閥的流阻系數(shù),并與DN500mm旋轉(zhuǎn)切換閥樣閥的流阻系數(shù)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行比較分析。結(jié)果表明,ISO 4126-9計(jì)算方法的計(jì)算結(jié)果與樣閥的試驗(yàn)結(jié)果較為吻合,該計(jì)算方法作為一種流阻系數(shù)計(jì)算的快速有效簡(jiǎn)化方法,可用于旋轉(zhuǎn)切換閥工程化應(yīng)用中的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)與選型計(jì)算。
[Abstract]:The installation of switch valve in front of the safety valve can meet the online backup requirements of the safety valve. The pressure loss requirements of the rotary switch valve in front of the safety valve are analyzed and the flow resistance characteristics of the rotary switch valve are analyzed theoretically. According to the calculation method of valve design manual and ISO 4126-9 standard, the flow resistance coefficient of rotary switch valve is calculated and compared with that of DN500mm rotary switch valve. The results show that the calculation results of ISO 4126-9 are in good agreement with the test results of the sample valves. This method is used as a fast and effective simplified method for calculating the flow resistance coefficient. It can be used for structure design and type selection calculation in engineering application of rotary switch valve.
