SC公司生產(chǎn)車間設(shè)施布置的研究

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和全球化的競爭,制造業(yè)之間的競爭愈演愈烈。在這種環(huán)境下,一個企業(yè)若想生存下去,就必須提高自身的競爭能力。如今,產(chǎn)品的成本和利潤透明化,依靠降低原材料的成本和原材料的消耗等方式來降低成本的方法幾乎是不可行的,,于是越來越多的企業(yè)開始關(guān)注“第三利潤源”,即物流成本,而物流設(shè)計本質(zhì)上是設(shè)施布置的設(shè)計。 設(shè)施布置包括工廠的總體布置和車間布置兩個方面。車間設(shè)施布置對生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)的物流、信息流、生產(chǎn)成本等方面有很大的影響。它不僅可以縮短搬運(yùn)距離、降低搬運(yùn)成本,而且可以提高生產(chǎn)效率、加快生產(chǎn)流程和資金周轉(zhuǎn)。 本文對SC公司生產(chǎn)車間加工零件的物流路線以及各作業(yè)單位之間的物流量進(jìn)行了分析,提出了現(xiàn)行生產(chǎn)車間存在的問題。在對新的布置方案進(jìn)行設(shè)計時,利用的是SLP方法。首先進(jìn)行了基本要素的分析;然后對SC公司生產(chǎn)車間各作業(yè)單位之間的物流及非物流進(jìn)行了分析,在此基礎(chǔ)上,繪制了各作業(yè)單位之間的綜合相互關(guān)系圖;根據(jù)綜合相互關(guān)系圖中各作業(yè)單位之間的密級關(guān)系及綜合接近程度計算表,繪制了位置相關(guān)圖;結(jié)合各作業(yè)單位所需的面積,可畫出各作業(yè)單位之間的面積相關(guān)圖;再根據(jù)新車間的具體大小做了修正,得到了可行的三個布置方案。最后根據(jù)加權(quán)因素評價法,對三個備選方案進(jìn)行了評價分析,選擇出了最優(yōu)方案。 本文中基于SLP法的生產(chǎn)車間設(shè)施布置對同類型的電梯企業(yè)具有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and the competition of globalization, the competition between manufacturing industry is becoming more and more intense. In this environment, if an enterprise wants to survive, it must improve its competitiveness. Nowadays, the cost and profit of products are transparent, and it is almost impossible to reduce the cost by reducing the cost of raw materials and the consumption of raw materials, so more and more enterprises begin to pay attention to the "third profit source". That is, logistics cost, and logistics design is essentially the design of facilities layout. The facility layout includes the general layout of the plant and the layout of the workshop. Workshop facility layout has great influence on logistics, information flow and production cost of production system. It can not only shorten the distance and cost, but also improve the production efficiency and speed up the production process and capital turnover. In this paper, the logistics route of machining parts and the material flow among different units in SC workshop are analyzed, and the problems existing in the present workshop are put forward. In the design of the new layout, the SLP method is used. Firstly, the basic elements are analyzed, then the logistics and non-logistics among the workshop units of SC Company are analyzed, and then the comprehensive relationship diagram between the units is drawn. According to the classified relation among the operational units and the calculation table of the comprehensive proximity degree, the position correlation map is drawn, and the area correlation diagram between the operation units can be drawn according to the area needed by each operation unit. Then according to the specific size of the new workshop to make a correction, got three feasible layout scheme. Finally, according to the weighted factor evaluation method, three options are evaluated and the optimal scheme is selected. In this paper, the layout of workshop facilities based on SLP method has a certain reference significance for the same type of elevator enterprises.
