【摘要】：精益生產(chǎn)管理思想在上個(gè)世紀(jì)起源于日本豐田,很快受到生產(chǎn)管理研究人員的高度關(guān)注。新世紀(jì)全世界將面臨能源匱乏,市場激烈競爭所帶來的一系列危機(jī)。精益思想所體現(xiàn)出來的價(jià)值已經(jīng)成為各行各業(yè)所關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn),目前這種管理思想在很多大型企業(yè)已經(jīng)得到逐步開展并初步取得成效。但在我國中小企業(yè)中并沒有取得很好地應(yīng)用,主要是因?yàn)閷嫠枷刖璧睦斫庥姓`區(qū),有些望而生畏,有些未能持之以恒半途而廢。 為此,本文結(jié)合了在某機(jī)械公司的生產(chǎn)實(shí)踐,活學(xué)活用,實(shí)事求是地將精益生產(chǎn)管理思想的精髓應(yīng)用到該企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)中。以顧客需求信息拉動(dòng)信息流與物流,采用逆序遞推排產(chǎn)算法制定排產(chǎn)計(jì)劃與物料需求計(jì)劃,進(jìn)而實(shí)現(xiàn)準(zhǔn)時(shí)化生產(chǎn)。用軟件來規(guī)劃生產(chǎn)流程,用精益制造來執(zhí)行規(guī)劃。 第一章主要論述了本文的選題目的及研究意義,并對本文主要內(nèi)容的國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析。 第二章首先分析了面向訂單生產(chǎn)的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),再結(jié)合精益生產(chǎn)方式特點(diǎn)和原則,闡述了精益生產(chǎn)中的拉動(dòng)式生產(chǎn)與傳統(tǒng)推動(dòng)式生產(chǎn)管理的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)比較,得出精益生產(chǎn)和ERP最終走向融合的結(jié)論。 第三章簡要介紹了該公司的概括,分析了該公司生產(chǎn)管理中存在的問題,進(jìn)而闡述了該公司對精益生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)的功能需求和性能需求。 第四章根據(jù)企業(yè)實(shí)情,將精益思想和信息管理系統(tǒng)相融合,優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)生產(chǎn)過程中的各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)和信息管理系統(tǒng)中的各個(gè)功能模塊。 第五章介紹了系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)環(huán)境和開發(fā)工具,并結(jié)合系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行實(shí)例的截圖簡要地?cái)⑹隽讼到y(tǒng)的部分功能的實(shí)現(xiàn)。 第六章對全文進(jìn)行了總結(jié),并對未來工作進(jìn)行了展望。
[Abstract]:The idea of lean production management originated in Japan in the last century and is very concerned by the researchers of production and management . The world will face a series of crises brought about by the shortage of energy and fierce market competition in the new century . The value of lean thought has become the focus of all walks of life . However , it has not been applied well in many large enterprises .

In this paper , the production practice of a mechanical company is combined with the practical application of the essence of the lean production management idea to the production management system of the enterprise . In order to pull the information flow and the stream with the customer ' s demand information , the production plan and the material demand plan are formulated by using the reverse order recursive scheduling algorithm , and then the production is planned on time . The production process is planned by software , and the planning is carried out with lean manufacturing .

In the first chapter , the purpose and significance of the thesis are discussed , and the research status of the main contents of the thesis is analyzed .

In the second chapter , the advantages and disadvantages of the order - oriented production are analyzed , and the advantages and disadvantages of the pull - type production in lean production and the traditional push - type production management are described .

The third chapter briefly introduces the company ' s summary , analyzes the problems existing in the company ' s production management , and then expounds the functional requirements and performance requirements of the company to lean production management system .

In the fourth chapter , according to the enterprise ' s actual situation , the lean thought and the information management system are fused , and each link in the design and production process and each function module in the information management system are optimized .

In the fifth chapter , the development environment and development tools of the system are introduced , and the implementation of some functions of the system is briefly described in connection with the screenshot of the system operation example .

The sixth chapter summarizes the full text and looks forward to the future work .
