基于能量節(jié)約的液壓缸產(chǎn)品改進(jìn)設(shè)計(jì)與研究

【摘要】:能源和環(huán)境是21世紀(jì)全球備受關(guān)注的話(huà)題。隨著世界人口的增長(zhǎng)和生活水平的提高,人們對(duì)能源的需求也相應(yīng)增加。增加的能量消耗加速了環(huán)境問(wèn)題,并刺激了人們對(duì)降低成本和環(huán)境負(fù)擔(dān)新產(chǎn)品的需求。 液壓缸是工程機(jī)械和現(xiàn)代機(jī)械設(shè)備必不可少的傳動(dòng)設(shè)備,液壓缸的泄漏和效率低是造成液壓設(shè)備環(huán)境污染和能耗高的主要原因,F(xiàn)代機(jī)械設(shè)備的快速發(fā)展,迫切需要研究高效節(jié)能、安全、壽命長(zhǎng)、無(wú)泄漏的液壓缸。 本文深入研究了節(jié)能設(shè)計(jì)的關(guān)鍵技術(shù),提出了基于能量節(jié)約的產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)與改進(jìn)過(guò)程,并應(yīng)用該過(guò)程對(duì)液壓缸進(jìn)行了改進(jìn),為工程設(shè)計(jì)人員提供了一種可行的創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)方法。主要研究?jī)?nèi)容包括: (1)本文系統(tǒng)綜述了能量節(jié)約設(shè)計(jì)的必要性、研究現(xiàn)狀以及在研究過(guò)程中存在的問(wèn)題;提出在以節(jié)能為目標(biāo)的產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中,與其他設(shè)計(jì)產(chǎn)生沖突時(shí)用TRIZ理論解決。簡(jiǎn)單概括了TRIZ理論、QFD理論以及二者結(jié)合的研究現(xiàn)狀與研究成果。 (2)建立了基于能量節(jié)約的產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)框架,在整個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中,WBCSD發(fā)布的七個(gè)環(huán)境因素始終作為設(shè)計(jì)的第一要素。詳細(xì)研究設(shè)計(jì)框架中的概念設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程。 (3)詳細(xì)研究了AHP計(jì)算QFD中顧客需求重要度的方法以及建立HOQ的步驟,并提出用TRIZ理論中的矛盾矩陣解決具有高重要度技術(shù)需求之間的設(shè)計(jì)沖突;提出了能量因子的概念以及識(shí)別能量因子的方法、原則等,對(duì)產(chǎn)品生命周期各階段的能量消耗進(jìn)行了分析。構(gòu)建多目標(biāo)決策模型以便于優(yōu)化能量因子以及其它設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)。 (4)對(duì)工程機(jī)械常用液壓缸的結(jié)構(gòu)、運(yùn)動(dòng)原理等做了簡(jiǎn)單的研究,對(duì)本文提出的基于能量節(jié)約的產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)框架及其關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證,在此基礎(chǔ)上從需求轉(zhuǎn)換、能耗計(jì)算、功能分析、泄漏量計(jì)算以及多目標(biāo)決策等角度出發(fā)對(duì)工程機(jī)械常用液壓缸進(jìn)行了的改進(jìn)。
[Abstract]:Energy and environment are the topic of global concern in the 21 st century. With the growth of the world population and the improvement of living standards, the demand for energy has also increased. Increased energy consumption accelerates environmental problems and stimulates demand for new products that reduce costs and environmental burdens. Hydraulic cylinder is an essential transmission equipment for construction machinery and modern mechanical equipment. The leakage and low efficiency of hydraulic cylinder are the main causes of environmental pollution and high energy consumption of hydraulic equipment. With the rapid development of modern mechanical equipment, it is urgent to study hydraulic cylinders with high efficiency and energy saving, safety, long life and no leakage. In this paper, the key technology of energy-saving design is deeply studied, and the process of product design and improvement based on energy saving is put forward, and the hydraulic cylinder is improved by this process, which provides a feasible and innovative design method for engineering designers. The main research contents include: 1) in this paper, the necessity of energy saving design, the present research situation and the existing problems in the research process are systematically summarized, and the TRIZ theory is used to solve the conflict between energy saving and other designs in the process of product design aiming at energy saving. The research status and achievements of TRIZ theory qfd theory and their combination are briefly summarized. A product design framework based on energy saving is established. Seven environmental factors published by WBCSD are always the first factor in the design process. The conceptual design process in the design framework is studied in detail. 3) the method of calculating the importance of customer demand in QFD by AHP and the steps of establishing HOQ are studied in detail, and the design conflict between the technical requirements with high importance is solved by using the contradiction matrix in TRIZ theory. The concept of energy factor and the methods and principles of identifying energy factor are put forward, and the energy consumption in each stage of product life cycle is analyzed. A multi-objective decision model is constructed to optimize the energy factor and other design parameters. In this paper, the structure and motion principle of hydraulic cylinder in common use of construction machinery are studied, and the product design framework based on energy saving and its key technology are verified. On this basis, the demand conversion, energy consumption calculation, etc. From the point of view of function analysis, leakage calculation and multi-objective decision, the common hydraulic cylinder of construction machinery is improved.
