搖臂抱桿承載規(guī)律和風(fēng)振響應(yīng)研究

【摘要】:搖臂抱桿是一種特種起重機械,廣泛應(yīng)用于電力行業(yè)。四川合江一橋的施工首次引入抱桿,用于扣塔的組立。由于抱桿的安全性要求很高,在設(shè)計制造和投入使用前,,進行深入的力學(xué)分析研究就顯得尤為重要。 運用ANSYS軟件建立180m高落地式搖臂抱桿的三維模型。首先,研究搖臂抱桿在不同工況下的整體位移變化規(guī)律及其桿件的應(yīng)力分布規(guī)律;然后,研究抱桿的主材、橫材和斜材在不同工況下的承載規(guī)律;最后,研究內(nèi)拉線、腰環(huán)和錨固繩在不同工況下的受力規(guī)律。分析結(jié)果表明:在大風(fēng)工況下,搖臂抱桿整體位移較大;搖臂根部和下套件連接處,應(yīng)力較大,存在應(yīng)力集中現(xiàn)象;搖臂抱桿主體結(jié)構(gòu)主材軸力一般較大,斜材軸力相對較。桓鲗友h(huán)拉力從下至上逐漸增大,吊重對側(cè)的內(nèi)拉線和錨固繩的拉力都較大。 研究了20m長搖臂在脈動風(fēng)荷載作用下的順風(fēng)向風(fēng)振響應(yīng)。采用MATLAB語言模擬長搖臂在最高工作高度處的脈動風(fēng)荷載,結(jié)合APDL技術(shù)將脈動風(fēng)荷載時程曲線導(dǎo)入ANSYS中并施加于結(jié)構(gòu),采用Newmark-β法求解。風(fēng)振響應(yīng)分析結(jié)果表明:長搖臂外伸端部的20981節(jié)點風(fēng)振響應(yīng)明顯,最大位移響應(yīng)為0.493562m,最大加速度響應(yīng)為0.233967m/s2,分析結(jié)果對扣塔組立施工方案的制定具有指導(dǎo)作用。通過對搖臂抱桿承載規(guī)律和風(fēng)振響應(yīng)的研究,得到的結(jié)論可以為同類工程的設(shè)計與施工提供參考。
[Abstract]:Rocker arm pole is a kind of special lifting machinery, which is widely used in electric power industry. The construction of the first bridge in Hejiang, Sichuan Province, was the first time to introduce a pole, which was used to set up the tower. Because of the high safety requirement of the pole, it is very important to carry out deep mechanical analysis and research before designing, manufacturing and putting into use. A three-dimensional model of 180 m high floor rocker arm pole is established by using ANSYS software. Firstly, the law of the whole displacement and the stress distribution of the rocker arm under different working conditions are studied. Then, the bearing law of the main material, the transverse material and the oblique material under different working conditions are studied. Finally, the internal drawing line is studied. The force law of waist ring and anchor rope under different working conditions. The results show that, under the condition of high wind, the whole displacement of rocker arm pole is large, the stress concentration exists in the joint of rocker arm root and lower package, the axial force of main material of rocker arm is generally large, and the axial force of inclined material is relatively small. The tensile force of each layer of waist ring increases gradually from the bottom to the top, and the tension of the inner pull and the anchor rope on the opposite side of the lifting weight is larger. The downwind vibration response of 20m long rocker arm under pulsating wind load is studied. MATLAB language is used to simulate the pulsating wind load of the long rocker arm at the highest working height. The pulsating wind load time history curve is introduced into ANSYS and applied to the structure with APDL technique. Newmark- 尾 method is used to solve the problem. The results of wind vibration analysis show that the wind vibration response of 20981 nodes at the extension end of the long rocker arm is obvious, the maximum displacement response is 0.493562m, and the maximum acceleration response is 0.233967m / s ~ 2. The results of the analysis can be used to guide the establishment of the construction plan of the buckling tower group. Through the study of bearing law and wind-induced vibration response of rocker boom, the conclusion can provide reference for the design and construction of similar projects.
