ZC3蝸輪數(shù)控側(cè)銑加工方法研究

【摘要】:針對ZC3型蝸輪的數(shù)控加工問題,提出一種采用常規(guī)銑刀側(cè)銑加工蝸輪的方法。首先,通過齒輪嚙合原理推導(dǎo)出蝸輪副的數(shù)學(xué)模型。其次,通過MATLAB軟件求解出蝸輪齒面離散數(shù)據(jù)點云,從蝸輪軸向截取多組截面數(shù)據(jù),采用最小二乘擬合法擬合截取的數(shù)據(jù)點,求解出蝸輪齒面曲率變化的關(guān)系,并以此為依據(jù),用非均勻刀路劃分法對齒面進行刀路劃分,生成相應(yīng)的數(shù)控加工刀路軌跡。最后,用VERICUT軟件對生成的加工程序進行仿真,并用原始計算的齒面數(shù)據(jù)與仿真加工的齒面進行對比分析,驗證其正確性。試驗表明,該方法與傳統(tǒng)的蝸輪加工方法相比,具有很強的適應(yīng)性;同時采用側(cè)面銑削,提高了銑削加工效率。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problem of NC machining of ZC3 worm gear, a method of milling worm gear by conventional milling cutter is put forward. Firstly, the mathematical model of worm gear pair is derived by gear meshing principle. Secondly, the discrete data point cloud of worm gear tooth surface is solved by MATLAB software, many groups of sectional data are intercepted from axial direction of worm gear, and the data points are fitted by least square fitting method, and the relation of tooth surface curvature change of worm gear is solved. The non-uniform cutter path partition method is used to divide the cutter path of the tooth surface, and the corresponding NC machining path path is generated. Finally, the generated machining program is simulated with VERICUT software, and its correctness is verified by comparing and analyzing the original calculated tooth surface data and the simulated tooth surface. The experiments show that this method has strong adaptability compared with the traditional worm-gear machining method, and the side milling is used to improve the milling efficiency.
