【摘要】:生產(chǎn)物流瓶頸是優(yōu)化生產(chǎn)物流的關(guān)鍵,但是生產(chǎn)物流具有動(dòng)態(tài)性和復(fù)雜性,使得瓶頸位置不斷變化,因此生產(chǎn)物流瓶頸的辨識(shí)及其預(yù)測(cè)顯得特別重要。針對(duì)生產(chǎn)物流中的半成品生產(chǎn)物流問(wèn)題,開(kāi)展了瓶頸辨識(shí)及其預(yù)測(cè)研究,主要內(nèi)容包括: 1.基于延遲懲罰成本的生產(chǎn)物流瓶頸辨識(shí)研究。針對(duì)半成品生產(chǎn)物流中生產(chǎn)延遲問(wèn)題,提出了基于延遲懲罰成本的瓶頸辨識(shí)研究。分析生產(chǎn)物流瓶頸與生產(chǎn)瓶頸的區(qū)別,闡述了生產(chǎn)物流瓶頸問(wèn)題;以生產(chǎn)延遲產(chǎn)生的懲罰成本最大為生產(chǎn)物流瓶頸的定義;延遲懲罰成本函數(shù)具體為延遲時(shí)間和延遲次數(shù)的加權(quán)和,以此為目標(biāo)函數(shù)建立瓶頸模型;設(shè)計(jì)了由訂單層、部件層、工序?qū)咏M成的三層遍歷算法,以求解模型中目標(biāo)函數(shù)的生產(chǎn)延遲時(shí)間和延遲次數(shù)兩變量;通過(guò)實(shí)例,說(shuō)明了瓶頸辨識(shí)方法的有效性及合理性。 2.基于瓶頸指數(shù)的生產(chǎn)物流瓶頸預(yù)測(cè)研究。基于延遲懲罰成本的瓶頸辨識(shí)研究為事后辨識(shí),針對(duì)此不足,提出了基于瓶頸指數(shù)的生產(chǎn)物流瓶頸預(yù)測(cè)研究。其中包括三部分內(nèi)容: (1)瓶頸因素分析。分析生產(chǎn)延遲的形成過(guò)程,確定了瓶頸的本質(zhì)屬性為有效產(chǎn)能需求比;從影響有效產(chǎn)能的設(shè)備綜合利用率和在制品庫(kù)存兩方面,定量分析了瓶頸主成因素;由此展開(kāi),定性分析瓶頸細(xì)分因素,全面剖析了影響生產(chǎn)物流瓶頸的因素。 (2)瓶頸預(yù)測(cè)模型構(gòu)建。在量化有效產(chǎn)能的基礎(chǔ)上,提出瓶頸指數(shù)概念,以此建立了瓶頸的預(yù)測(cè)模型;提出了瓶頸轉(zhuǎn)移指數(shù)和敏感指數(shù)概念,以分析瓶頸的轉(zhuǎn)移趨勢(shì)及其對(duì)因素的敏感程度。 (3)瓶頸因素預(yù)測(cè)模型構(gòu)建。詳細(xì)介紹神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的理論,構(gòu)建了瓶頸因素預(yù)測(cè)的神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型;在實(shí)例中應(yīng)用MATLAB進(jìn)行仿真,驗(yàn)證了方法的有效性。
[Abstract]:The bottleneck of production logistics is the key to optimize production logistics, but the dynamic and complexity of production logistics make the bottleneck position change constantly, so it is very important to identify and predict the bottleneck of production logistics. Aiming at the problem of semi-finished product logistics in production logistics, the bottleneck identification and its prediction are studied. The main contents are as follows: 1. Research on bottleneck Identification of production Logistics based on delay penalty cost. Aiming at the problem of production delay in semi-finished product production logistics, a bottleneck identification study based on delay penalty cost is proposed. This paper analyzes the difference between production logistics bottleneck and production bottleneck, expounds the bottleneck problem of production logistics, takes the maximum penalty cost of production delay as the definition of production logistics bottleneck, and analyzes the difference between production logistics bottleneck and production logistics bottleneck. The delay penalty cost function is the weighted sum of delay time and delay times, which is the objective function to establish bottleneck model, and a three-layer traversal algorithm is designed, which is composed of order layer, component layer and process layer. The production delay time and delay times of the objective function in the model are solved, and the effectiveness and rationality of the bottleneck identification method are illustrated by an example. 2. Research on bottleneck Prediction of production Logistics based on bottleneck Index. The research of bottleneck identification based on delay penalty cost is hindsight identification. In view of this deficiency, a bottleneck prediction research based on bottleneck index is proposed. There are three parts: Analysis of bottleneck factors. This paper analyzes the forming process of production delay, determines that the essential attribute of bottleneck is the ratio of effective capacity demand, and quantitatively analyzes the main factors of bottleneck from two aspects: the comprehensive utilization ratio of equipment and the inventory of in-process products, which affect the effective production capacity. Qualitative analysis of bottleneck subdivision factors, comprehensive analysis of factors affecting the bottleneck of production logistics. 2) Construction of bottleneck prediction model. On the basis of quantifying effective productivity, the concept of bottleneck index is put forward to establish the prediction model of bottleneck, and the concepts of bottleneck transfer index and sensitive index are put forward to analyze the trend of bottleneck transfer and its sensitivity to factors. The prediction model of bottleneck factors is constructed. The theory of neural network is introduced in detail, and the neural network model of bottleneck factor prediction is constructed, and the effectiveness of the method is verified by MATLAB simulation in an example.
