【摘要】:本文針對(duì)現(xiàn)有外平動(dòng)三環(huán)傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)存在外形尺寸較大,振動(dòng)、噪聲高的問(wèn)題,依據(jù)平動(dòng)齒輪傳動(dòng)的基本原理設(shè)計(jì)了一種新型的雙曲柄輸入內(nèi)平動(dòng)齒輪傳動(dòng)裝置,該裝置采用兩級(jí)分流式輸入,并通過(guò)三片平動(dòng)外齒板與內(nèi)齒環(huán)嚙合將運(yùn)動(dòng)輸出,具有結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、成本低、傳動(dòng)比大、運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)以及完全的動(dòng)平衡結(jié)構(gòu)等優(yōu)點(diǎn),是一種適用現(xiàn)代機(jī)械對(duì)傳動(dòng)技術(shù)新要求的新型傳動(dòng)裝置。 本文介紹了新型內(nèi)平動(dòng)齒輪傳動(dòng)裝置的基本結(jié)構(gòu),傳動(dòng)條件及其幾何設(shè)計(jì),確定出合理的設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù),并應(yīng)用Pro/ENGINEER軟件建立該傳動(dòng)裝置的實(shí)體模型,進(jìn)行運(yùn)動(dòng)仿真分析。經(jīng)檢驗(yàn),該裝置符合機(jī)構(gòu)運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)的要求。 建立了新型內(nèi)平動(dòng)齒輪傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的彈性動(dòng)力學(xué)模型,將其劃分成曲柄軸Ⅰ、曲柄軸Ⅱ、外齒板及帶內(nèi)齒環(huán)的輸出軸四個(gè)子系統(tǒng),通過(guò)考慮曲柄軸的彈性變形,曲柄軸行星軸承與輸出軸支撐軸承及齒輪副處的彈性變形,推導(dǎo)出各構(gòu)件之間的彈性變形協(xié)調(diào)關(guān)系,再根據(jù)牛頓第二運(yùn)動(dòng)定律,建立各個(gè)子系統(tǒng)的振動(dòng)微分方程,然后將彈性變形協(xié)調(diào)關(guān)系代入各振動(dòng)微分方程得到整體的彈性動(dòng)力學(xué)方程。 針對(duì)系統(tǒng)彈性動(dòng)力學(xué)方程中的質(zhì)量、剛度和阻尼矩陣,本文給出了具體的求解方法,通過(guò)MATLAB軟件編程,得出該新型內(nèi)平動(dòng)齒輪傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的固有頻率。 采用Newmark法求解出齒輪嚙合力、曲柄軸行星軸承載荷、曲柄軸支撐軸承載荷及輸出軸支撐軸承載荷,并進(jìn)行動(dòng)態(tài)仿真分析,結(jié)果表明:采用雙曲柄輸入可以確保運(yùn)動(dòng)的確定性;采用三相平動(dòng)外齒板傳動(dòng)可以降低輸入軸、輸出軸支撐軸承的載荷;行星軸承承受的載荷較大,幅值變化也大,易產(chǎn)生疲勞點(diǎn)蝕。
[Abstract]:In this paper, a new type of double crank input internal translational gear transmission device is designed according to the basic principle of the translational gear transmission, aiming at the problems of large shape size, high vibration and high noise in the existing external translational three-ring transmission mechanism.The device adopts two-stage shunt type input, and meshes the inner gear ring with three flat-moving outer tooth plates. The device has the advantages of compact structure, low cost, large transmission ratio, smooth operation and complete dynamic balance structure, etc.It is a new type of transmission device suitable for the new requirements of modern mechanical transmission technology.In this paper, the basic structure, transmission conditions and geometric design of a new type of inner translational gear transmission are introduced. The reasonable design parameters are determined, and the entity model of the transmission is established by using Pro/ENGINEER software, and the motion simulation analysis is carried out.After examination, the device meets the requirements of mechanism kinematics.An elastic dynamic model of a new type of inner translational gear transmission system is established, which is divided into four subsystems: crank shaft 鈪,
