變溫環(huán)境下氣缸靜—動低值摩擦力的測試方法研究

【摘要】:隨著氣動技術的迅速發(fā)展,氣缸作為常用的氣動執(zhí)行元件有著非常廣泛的應用。氣缸活塞和金屬內(nèi)壁之間摩擦力的不確定性,是影響其工作性能的重要因素之一。研究氣缸運動時的摩擦力特性,建立不同速度下氣缸運動的摩擦力模型,進而有針對性地采取有效措施,對于改善氣缸運動性能起著重要作用。 過去在氣缸摩擦力特性方面的研究對象均為橡膠密封氣缸,本課題研究的是新型的金屬間隙密封氣缸,針對這種氣缸的微摩擦力的測量提出了一個實際的新課題。論文完成的主要研究工作包括以下幾個方面: (1)根據(jù)金屬間隙密封氣缸摩擦力數(shù)值小的特性,設計和搭建了氣壓驅(qū)動和直線電機驅(qū)動兩種測量系統(tǒng)(文中分別將其稱為間測法和直測法)。比較實驗表明,直測法測量精度高、數(shù)據(jù)一致性好、動摩擦力測量時可預設速度值,因此更適合于氣缸低摩擦力的測量。 (2)采用直測法獲得了金屬間隙密封氣缸的靜摩擦力和不同速度下的動摩擦力。結果表明,金屬間隙密封氣缸的摩擦力顯著小于橡膠密封氣缸,其數(shù)量級大約是橡膠密封氣缸的1/10—1/5;動摩擦力特性隨速度的增加而增加,首先呈多次方多項式關系,當增加到一定程度時,摩擦力與速度之間呈線性增加。靜、動摩擦力均隨缸徑的增大而增大。 (3)為了通過實驗手段測量不同溫度條件下(0℃~50℃)的摩擦力情況,本課題自制冷熱雙向恒溫箱,可實現(xiàn)0℃~50℃的溫度調(diào)節(jié),并解決了采用普通恒溫箱進行實驗時存在的多個問題。 (4)采用上述變溫系統(tǒng)進行摩擦力測量實驗,結果表明:隨著溫度的升高,靜摩擦力總體呈下降趨勢;動摩擦值隨溫度的變化過程比較復雜,在速度較低時,動摩擦力受溫度變化的影響不明顯,當速度較高時,其值隨溫度的升高基本呈下降趨勢。 通過對不同溫度條件下低摩擦氣缸的摩擦力測量方法的研究,獲得了某新型氣缸的摩擦力特性數(shù)據(jù),可為實際工程應用提供技術參考。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of pneumatic technology, cylinder as a commonly used pneumatic actuator has a very wide range of applications.The uncertainty of friction between cylinder piston and metal wall is one of the important factors affecting its working performance.It is very important to study the friction characteristics of cylinder motion, to establish the friction model of cylinder motion at different speeds, and to take effective measures to improve the performance of cylinder motion.In the past, rubber seal cylinder was the object of study on friction characteristics of cylinder. In this paper, a new type of metal clearance seal cylinder was studied. A new practical subject was put forward to measure the micro friction force of this cylinder.The main research work of the thesis includes the following aspects:1) according to the small friction value of metal clearance seal cylinder, two measuring systems, pneumatic drive and linear motor drive, are designed and built (which are called intermeasuring method and direct measuring method respectively).The experimental results show that the direct measurement method has high accuracy, good data consistency, and the velocity value can be preset when measuring the dynamic friction force, so it is more suitable for measuring the low friction force of the cylinder.The static friction force of the metal clearance seal cylinder and the dynamic friction force at different velocities are obtained by means of direct measurement.The results show that the friction force of the metal clearance seal cylinder is significantly smaller than that of the rubber seal cylinder, and its order of magnitude is about 1 / 10 ~ (-1 / 5) of the rubber seal cylinder.When the friction is increased to a certain extent, the friction force increases linearly with the velocity.Static and dynamic friction forces increase with the increase of cylinder diameter.(3) in order to measure the friction force of 0 鈩,
