【摘要】:液壓系統(tǒng)油液溫升取決于其生熱和換熱速率,對(duì)流換熱系數(shù)是液壓系統(tǒng)散逸熱量精確計(jì)算的關(guān)鍵,也是液壓系統(tǒng)熱分析難點(diǎn)之一。首先介紹了對(duì)流換熱系數(shù)測(cè)量和計(jì)算方法的發(fā)展,然后對(duì)目前工程上對(duì)流換熱系數(shù)的測(cè)量和計(jì)算方法進(jìn)行概述,分析了這些方法的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)、適用范圍及發(fā)展前景,為液壓系統(tǒng)對(duì)流換熱系數(shù)的準(zhǔn)確測(cè)量與計(jì)算提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:The temperature rise of the oil in the hydraulic system depends on its heat generation and heat transfer rate . The convective heat transfer coefficient is the key to the accurate calculation of the dissipation heat of the hydraulic system , and it is one of the difficulties in the thermal analysis of the hydraulic system . Firstly , the measurement and calculation methods of the convective heat transfer coefficient are summarized . The advantages and disadvantages , application range and development prospect of these methods are analyzed , and the accurate measurement and calculation of the convective heat transfer coefficient are provided for the hydraulic system .
