對Ar存儲器的應(yīng)力分析

【摘要】:采用有限元分析軟件ANSYS Mechanical 11.0,根據(jù)ASME鍋爐與壓力容器規(guī)范對壓力容器計算的要求[1],對上海鍋爐廠有限公司設(shè)計制造的Ar存儲器進(jìn)行應(yīng)力分析,包括本體、支座、接管和人孔的彈塑性分析,支座的失穩(wěn)分析等[1-2]。并根據(jù)各類分析內(nèi)容進(jìn)行整體和局部的應(yīng)力評定,以確定此Ar存儲器的設(shè)計符合2013版本ASME鍋爐與壓力容器規(guī)范的相關(guān)要求。
[Abstract]:According to the calculation requirements of pressure vessels in ASME boiler and pressure vessel code, the stress analysis of ar memory designed and manufactured by Shanghai Boiler works Co., Ltd is carried out by using the finite element analysis software ANSYS Mechanical 11.0, including the body and support.Elastoplastic analysis of nozzle and manhole, instability analysis of bearing, etc. [1-2].According to all kinds of analytical contents, the integral and local stress assessment is carried out to ensure that the ar memory design meets the requirements of the 2013 version ASME boiler and pressure vessel code.
