基于CATIA的減速器虛擬樣機(jī)的建模與動(dòng)力學(xué)仿真平臺(tái)研究

【摘要】:隨著科技的進(jìn)步和社會(huì)信息化的不斷發(fā)展,對(duì)產(chǎn)品的規(guī)模和復(fù)雜程度的要求不斷提高,企業(yè)間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益激烈,傳統(tǒng)的制造與設(shè)計(jì)已經(jīng)很難適應(yīng)當(dāng)前企業(yè)的發(fā)展需要。因此信息技術(shù)應(yīng)用于新產(chǎn)品研制以及實(shí)施途徑的改造,是現(xiàn)代企業(yè)生存、發(fā)展的必然結(jié)果。在這種狀況下,為了提高企業(yè)的效率和效益,改進(jìn)和更新產(chǎn)品的開(kāi)發(fā)模式是當(dāng)務(wù)之急。 本文以CATIA軟件為二次開(kāi)發(fā)平臺(tái),使用VBScript作為編輯工具,對(duì)減速器進(jìn)行參數(shù)化設(shè)計(jì)和自動(dòng)虛擬裝配。利用SimDesigner for CATIA V5和Pro/E軟件把虛擬樣機(jī)導(dǎo)入到動(dòng)力學(xué)分析軟件ADAMS中,建立了減速器的多剛體虛擬樣機(jī)系統(tǒng),具體研究工作如下: 1.在CATIA軟件中,應(yīng)用VB編程功能編寫(xiě)程序,生成齒輪模型。由于齒輪傳動(dòng)減速器應(yīng)用比較廣泛,為了提高減速器的生產(chǎn)效率,縮短生產(chǎn)周期,提高產(chǎn)品在市場(chǎng)上的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,由此開(kāi)發(fā)出齒輪庫(kù)和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件庫(kù)。根據(jù)用戶需要,只需輸入所需零件的基本參數(shù),便可相應(yīng)地生成所需的模型。 2.基于VB編程,把減速器的零件及附件進(jìn)行全自動(dòng)虛擬裝配,然后進(jìn)行干涉分析與檢測(cè)。 3.利用插件SimDesigner for CATIA V5和Pro/E軟件把減速器虛擬樣機(jī)導(dǎo)入到ADAMS中,并對(duì)其傳動(dòng)部分施加約束和載荷,以便進(jìn)行動(dòng)力學(xué)仿真以及對(duì)仿真結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析,即三根軸的轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)角速度,得到輸入軸、中間軸和輸出軸的轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)角速度隨時(shí)間變化曲線,把用兩種方法得到的仿真值與理論值進(jìn)行比較,分析誤差,進(jìn)一步說(shuō)明用兩種方法導(dǎo)入到ADAMS軟件中的可行性和減速器設(shè)計(jì)的合理性。
[Abstract]:With the progress of science and technology and the continuous development of social information, the demands on the scale and complexity of products are constantly raised, and the competition among enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce, so it is difficult for traditional manufacturing and design to adapt to the development needs of current enterprises.Therefore, the application of information technology in the development of new products and the transformation of implementation ways is the inevitable result of the survival and development of modern enterprises.In this situation, in order to improve the efficiency and efficiency of enterprises, it is urgent to improve and update the product development model.In this paper, using CATIA software as the secondary development platform and VBScript as the editing tool, parametric design and automatic virtual assembly of the reducer are carried out.Using SimDesigner for CATIA V5 and Pro/E software, the virtual prototype is imported into the dynamic analysis software ADAMS, and the multi-rigid virtual prototype system of reducer is established. The specific research work is as follows:1.In CATIA software, VB programming function is used to program and generate gear model.In order to improve the production efficiency, shorten the production cycle and improve the competitiveness of the products in the market, the gear storehouse and the standard parts library are developed because of the wide application of the gear drive reducer.According to the needs of the user, the required model can be generated by simply inputting the basic parameters of the required parts.2.Based on VB programming, the parts and accessories of reducer are assembled by automatic virtual assembly, and then interference analysis and detection are carried out.3.The virtual prototype of the reducer is imported into ADAMS by the plug-in SimDesigner for CATIA V5 and Pro/E software, and the driving part of the reducer is subjected to constraints and loads, so that the dynamic simulation and the analysis of the simulation results are carried out, that is, the rotation angular velocity of the three shafts.The rotational angular velocity curves of input shaft, intermediate shaft and output shaft are obtained. The simulation value obtained by two methods is compared with the theoretical value, and the error is analyzed.The feasibility of importing two methods into ADAMS software and the reasonableness of reducer design are further explained.
