C80履帶式全液壓自卸車(chē)傳動(dòng)與控制系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:履帶式自卸車(chē)是一種采用履帶底盤(pán),利用自身發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)動(dòng)力驅(qū)動(dòng)液壓升舉機(jī)構(gòu),,將車(chē)廂傾斜一定角度卸下物料,并依靠車(chē)廂自重或液壓缸收縮使車(chē)廂復(fù)位的專(zhuān)用車(chē)輛。近年來(lái),隨著技術(shù)與元件的成熟和不斷發(fā)展,液壓傳動(dòng)在中小型工程機(jī)械中得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用。因此在履帶式自卸車(chē)市場(chǎng)需求量增大,對(duì)產(chǎn)品綜合性能要求也越來(lái)越高的情形下,研究和開(kāi)發(fā)技術(shù)先進(jìn)的全液壓電比例控制履帶式自卸車(chē)有其重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義和實(shí)用價(jià)值。 本文對(duì)C80履帶式全液壓自卸車(chē)的傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)與電比例控制技術(shù)進(jìn)行了研究。通過(guò)對(duì)中小型履帶式自卸車(chē)使用工況與功能分析,確定了基于雙泵雙馬達(dá)的行駛系統(tǒng)液壓傳動(dòng)方案。對(duì)傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了參數(shù)匹配研究;給出了發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)、電比例泵和雙排量馬達(dá)等關(guān)鍵元件的匹配參數(shù)與選型;對(duì)行駛速度、驅(qū)動(dòng)力、驅(qū)動(dòng)扭矩等關(guān)鍵參數(shù)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算;對(duì)C80履帶式全液壓自卸車(chē)的控制系統(tǒng)功能的分析,對(duì)主控制器、顯示器等元件選型,并分析了控制系統(tǒng)的輸入輸出信號(hào)進(jìn)行了引腳分配;基于AMESim軟件,建立了履帶式自卸車(chē)電液行駛系統(tǒng)仿真模型,進(jìn)行了行駛性能仿真。理論分析和仿真結(jié)果表明,論文方案合理可行。
[Abstract]:Caterpillar dump truck is a kind of special vehicle which adopts track chassis, uses its own engine power to drive hydraulic lift mechanism, tilts the car at a certain angle to unload the material, and relies on the weight of the carriage or the contraction of the hydraulic cylinder to make the car reset.In recent years, with the maturity and development of technology and components, hydraulic transmission has been widely used in medium and small engineering machinery.Therefore, under the situation that the market demand of tracked dump truck is increasing and the requirement of product comprehensive performance is becoming higher and higher, it is of great practical significance and practical value to research and develop the fully hydraulic electric proportional control track dump truck with advanced technology.In this paper, the transmission system and electric proportional control technology of C80 crawler full hydraulic dump truck are studied.The hydraulic transmission scheme of driving system based on double pump and double motor is determined by analyzing the working condition and function of middle and small crawler dump truck.The matching parameters and selection of key components such as engine, electric proportional pump and double displacement motor are given, and the key parameters such as driving speed, driving force and driving torque are designed and calculated.The function of the control system of C80 crawler fully hydraulic dump truck is analyzed, the main controller, display and other components are selected, and the input and output signals of the control system are analyzed, which is based on AMESim software.The simulation model of electro-hydraulic driving system of tracked dump truck is established, and the driving performance is simulated.Theoretical analysis and simulation results show that the scheme is reasonable and feasible.
