【摘要】:研究了Si對Nb-Ti微合金化3.5Ni低溫壓力容器用鋼和Cr-Mo合金化中溫壓力容器用鋼低溫韌性的影響。結(jié)果表明,降低Si含量提高了壓力容器鋼低溫韌性,這主要因為低Si試樣中析出的滲碳體細(xì)化了依附其析出的合金碳化物;細(xì)小彌散分布的回火碳化物改善了低溫韌性。 對于830℃正火+630℃回火的Nb-Ti微合金鋼,主要結(jié)果為:在830℃正火+630℃回火條件下,,0.05%和0.47%Si試樣組織均為貝氏體和等軸鐵素體。當(dāng)Si含量從0.05%增至0.47%時,(Nb,Ti)C(小于10nm)比例從53.5%降至26.2%,(Nb,Ti)C(大于30nm)比例從13.0%增至54.1%,0.05%Si和0.47%Si試樣平均尺寸分別為11.2nm和25.1nm。高分辨透射電鏡觀察發(fā)現(xiàn),在0.05%Si試樣中,(Nb,Ti)C在滲碳體上析出。在不同沖擊溫度(-90~-130℃)下,0.05%Si試樣平均夏比沖擊功均高于0.47%Si試樣。掃描電鏡觀察-110℃時沖擊斷口發(fā)現(xiàn),不同Si試樣均為韌性斷口,0.05%Si試樣韌窩數(shù)量較多較細(xì)小。玻爾茲曼擬合函數(shù)表明,0.05%Si和0.47%Si試樣韌脆轉(zhuǎn)變溫度分別為-105.1℃和-115.4℃,低Si韌脆轉(zhuǎn)變溫度更低。 對于1000℃正火+650℃回火的Cr-Mo合金化鋼,主要結(jié)果為:0.54%Si和1.55%Si試樣組織均為貝氏體+鐵素體。透射電鏡觀察發(fā)現(xiàn),0.54%Si試樣析出物為M6C和M23C6,1.55%Si試樣析出物為M7C3和M23C6。當(dāng)Si含量從0.54%增至1.55%時,析出粒子平均尺寸從50nm增至200nm,平均夏比沖擊功從158J降至83J。
[Abstract]:The effect of Si on the low temperature toughness of Nb-Ti microalloyed 3.5Ni low temperature pressure vessel steel and Cr-Mo alloyed medium temperature pressure vessel steel was studied.The results show that the low temperature toughness of pressure vessel steel is improved by decreasing Si content, which is mainly due to the addition of cemented carbides in low Si samples to the refinement of the alloy carbides which are dependent on them, and the low temperature toughness is improved by the fine dispersed tempered carbides.For Nb-Ti microalloyed steel tempered at 630 鈩
