離心泵轉(zhuǎn)速劇烈波動時的瞬時響應(yīng)特性研究

【摘要】:為研究離心泵轉(zhuǎn)速劇烈波動時的瞬時響應(yīng)特性,建立了包含一臺低比轉(zhuǎn)速離心泵的循環(huán)管路系統(tǒng),基于用戶自定義函數(shù)、滑移網(wǎng)格方法和RNG k-ε湍流模型對整個系統(tǒng)進行了非定常流動的自耦合數(shù)值計算。結(jié)果表明:流量響應(yīng)滯后于轉(zhuǎn)速變化歷程,而揚程響應(yīng)對轉(zhuǎn)速變化的跟隨性則較好;葉輪機械內(nèi)部的動靜干涉效應(yīng)對轉(zhuǎn)速加速階段的泵出口壓力和減速階段的進口壓力影響最為顯著,而對流量和葉輪功率影響較小,轉(zhuǎn)速波動過程中的瞬時流場演化完全滯后于準穩(wěn)態(tài)計算結(jié)果。本研究為揭示離心泵轉(zhuǎn)速劇烈波動時的瞬時響應(yīng)特性提供了重要參考。
[Abstract]:In order to study the instantaneous response characteristics of centrifugal pump when its speed fluctuates violently, a circulating pipe system including a centrifugal pump with low specific speed is established, based on the user-defined function.Sliding grid method and RNG k- 蔚 turbulence model are used to calculate the unsteady flow of the whole system.The results show that the flow response lags behind the speed change process, but the lift response follows the speed change better.The influence of dynamic and static interference effect on pump outlet pressure at speed acceleration stage and inlet pressure at deceleration stage is most significant, but it has little effect on flow rate and impeller power.The evolution of transient flow field in the process of rotational speed fluctuation lags behind the results of quasi steady state calculation.This study provides an important reference for revealing the instantaneous response characteristics of centrifugal pump speed fluctuating violently.
