JIT環(huán)境下的作業(yè)車間調度問題研究

【摘要】:作業(yè)車間調度問題是制造系統研究的一個熱點,也是最為困難的理論研究問題之一,目前已成為計算機集成制造系統領域內的重要研究問題。有效的調度方法與優(yōu)化技術的研究和應用,在提高制造企業(yè)的生產效率、降低生產成本等方面的作用越來越重要,因而逐漸受到學者們的關注。 隨著經濟的不斷發(fā)展,人們的需求逐步變得多樣化,且需求量逐漸減小,JIT模式正是順應了這種趨勢而產生的。這種趨勢下的調度問題的與傳統的Job-Shop,Flow-Shop有著不同環(huán)境與約束。因此研究JIT環(huán)境下的作業(yè)調度問題的特征有其現實的應用價值。 本文按照如下思路展開:首先,采用區(qū)間數表示Flow-Shop環(huán)境下的加工時間。運用多屬性決策方法將傳統遺傳算法的適應度函數選定和適應度的計算兩個步驟合二為一,以減少中間過程,避免信息的損失,增強模糊評價的有效性。其次,研究E/T指標Job-Shop調度問題的編碼及解碼方法對最終結果的影響,對以制造期為最優(yōu)目標的編碼方法進行改進,以適應不同交貨期窗口提前/拖期調度問題。采用比用區(qū)間數或三角模糊數,更具有代表性梯形模糊數表示模糊環(huán)境下的加工時間。運用多屬性決策中基于可能度的比較方法減少中間過程,避免信息的損失,增強模糊評價的有效性,同時應用仿真實驗驗證算法的可行性。
[Abstract]:The job shop scheduling problem is a hot research of manufacturing system, is one of the most difficult problems of theory research, and has become an important research topic in the field of computer integrated manufacturing system. The research and application of effective scheduling and optimization technology in manufacturing enterprises, improve production efficiency, reduce production cost and effect the more important, thus gradually attention by scholars.
With the continuous development of economy, the demand of people gradually become diversified, and the demand is gradually reduced, the JIT model is produced with this trend. This trend of the scheduling problem with the traditional Job-Shop, Flow-Shop has a different environment and constraints. So the study of characteristics of scheduling problem under the environment of the JIT the practical application value.
In this paper, in accordance with the following ideas: first, the interval number processing time under Flow-Shop environment. By using the method of multiple attribute decision making will adapt to the traditional genetic algorithm function selection and fitness calculation of two steps to reduce the intermediate process, be made one, to avoid the loss of information, enhance the effectiveness of fuzzy evaluation. Secondly, effects of encoding and decoding method of E/T index of Job-Shop scheduling for the final results. The encoding method to manufacture for optimal target is improved, in order to adapt to the different delivery window earliness / tardiness scheduling problem. By using interval numbers or triangular fuzzy numbers, more representative of the trapezoidal fuzzy numbers fuzzy processing time environment the use of reducing the intermediate process. The method based on possibility degree in multi attribute decision making, to avoid the loss of information, enhance the effectiveness of fuzzy evaluation, and use simulation The feasibility of the verification algorithm is verified.
