【摘要】:動(dòng)臂式塔式起重機(jī)是一種在戶外工作的大型工程機(jī)械,動(dòng)臂式塔式起重機(jī)是消化吸收引進(jìn)國(guó)外技術(shù)結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)經(jīng)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)制造的上回轉(zhuǎn)自升式塔式起重機(jī),有多種使用方式。動(dòng)臂式塔機(jī)由于平衡短,臂架可在15°-85°之間變動(dòng),非常適合密集及狹窄地區(qū)施工,,有獨(dú)特的施工能力。當(dāng)塔機(jī)的高度超過其獨(dú)立高度時(shí),就必須采用附著裝置對(duì)塔身進(jìn)行加固,使塔機(jī)依附固定在建筑物上。塔機(jī)的附著裝置有剛性附著和柔性附著兩種,當(dāng)受到現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工條件等客觀因素限制,例如在冷卻塔的施工中,其縱剖面為雙曲線,半徑較大且隨著高度的不同而變化。如采用一般的剛性附著,不僅會(huì)大大增加設(shè)備成本,而且安裝復(fù)雜,對(duì)冷卻塔壁也會(huì)造成較大影響。因此,冷卻塔施工所用塔機(jī)通常采用柔性附著將塔身附著于冷卻塔壁上的柔性附著方式。 本文基于動(dòng)力學(xué)分析理論和有限元計(jì)算方法,使用大型通用有限元分析軟件ANSYS,建立了柔性附著動(dòng)臂式起重機(jī)整機(jī)的有限元模型,對(duì)模型進(jìn)行靜態(tài)分析和動(dòng)態(tài)分析。論文的主要內(nèi)容有:根據(jù)起重機(jī)動(dòng)力學(xué)理論,使用ANSYS軟件,建立柔性附著動(dòng)臂式起重機(jī)整機(jī)有限元模型,該模型包括桿單元、梁?jiǎn)卧约百|(zhì)量單元;對(duì)上述模型進(jìn)行靜力分析得到最大應(yīng)力和位移;進(jìn)行模態(tài)分析得到模型的前六階固有頻率和振型;對(duì)整機(jī)模型進(jìn)行瞬態(tài)分析,得到了柔性附著動(dòng)臂式起重機(jī)在非工作狀態(tài)工況風(fēng)載荷作用下的位移響應(yīng)曲線和在最大幅度下的起升激勵(lì)載荷作用的位移響應(yīng)曲線,得到了非工作狀態(tài)下和離地起升工況下系統(tǒng)響應(yīng)特性(包括應(yīng)力和位移)。 總之,柔性附著動(dòng)臂式起重機(jī)的動(dòng)力學(xué)分析,是將先進(jìn)的設(shè)計(jì)、分析應(yīng)用于柔性附著動(dòng)臂式起重機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)中,為設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)濟(jì)、可靠、穩(wěn)定和高性能的柔性附著動(dòng)臂式起重機(jī)提供有力的工具和實(shí)現(xiàn)方法。
[Abstract]:Jib tower crane is a kind of large construction machinery which works outdoors. The tower crane is designed and manufactured with imported foreign technology and domestic experience. There are many ways to use it. Because of its short balance, the boom can be varied between 15 擄and 85 擄, which is very suitable for construction in dense and narrow areas and has unique construction capability. When the height of tower crane exceeds its independent height, It is necessary to reinforce the tower body by means of attachment device, so that the tower crane can be attached to the building. There are two kinds of attachment devices for tower crane: rigid attachment and flexible attachment, which are restricted by objective factors such as site construction conditions, etc. For example, in the construction of cooling tower, the vertical section is hyperbolic, the radius is large and varies with the height. If the general rigid attachment is adopted, the equipment cost will be greatly increased, and the installation will be complicated. Therefore, the tower crane used in the construction of cooling tower usually adopts the flexible attachment mode of attaching the tower body to the cooling tower wall. Based on the theory of dynamic analysis and the finite element method, the finite element model of the flexible attached jib crane is established by using the finite element analysis software ANSYS. The main contents of this paper are as follows: according to the theory of crane dynamics and using ANSYS software, the finite element model of flexible attached jib crane is established. Beam element and mass element; static analysis to obtain maximum stress and displacement; modal analysis to obtain the first six natural frequencies and modes of the model; transient analysis of the whole machine model, The displacement response curve of flexible attached jib crane under wind load under off-working condition and the displacement response curve of lifting excitation load at maximum amplitude are obtained. The response characteristics (including stress and displacement) of the system under off-working and off-ground lifting conditions are obtained. In a word, the dynamic analysis of the flexible attached jib crane is to apply the advanced design to the design of the flexible attached jib crane for the sake of economic and reliable design. Stable and high-performance flexible attached jib cranes provide powerful tools and implementation methods.
