RV減速器傳動(dòng)特性分析

【摘要】:本文以一類含擺線輪的封閉式行星傳動(dòng)減速器(簡稱RV減速器)為對(duì)象,,針對(duì)其一、二級(jí)行星傳動(dòng)共用系桿的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn),開展了該機(jī)構(gòu)的誤差分析建模與虛擬樣機(jī)仿真研究。全文主要研究成果如下: (1)針對(duì)RV傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn),基于作用線增量原理,分析了機(jī)構(gòu)中各構(gòu)件的幾何原始誤差對(duì)輸出軸回轉(zhuǎn)傳動(dòng)精度的影響規(guī)律,建立了計(jì)及構(gòu)件原始誤差與輸出軸反饋誤差的精度分析模型,揭示出反饋誤差與構(gòu)件原始誤差的耦合關(guān)系,為該機(jī)構(gòu)的精度分析與設(shè)計(jì)提供一種有效的方法。 (2)借助ABAQUS有限元軟件,通過確定分析類型、設(shè)置接觸條件、施加約束關(guān)系,構(gòu)建了RV減速器剛?cè)狁詈夏P,該模型?jì)及了齒輪、擺線輪等主要構(gòu)件彈性變形,以及齒廓接觸等非線性因素,為精確揭示該機(jī)構(gòu)的力學(xué)性能提供技術(shù)支撐。 (3)以工程樣機(jī)為例,構(gòu)建虛擬樣機(jī)模型,進(jìn)行了機(jī)構(gòu)的模態(tài)分析與動(dòng)態(tài)仿真,獲得主要傳動(dòng)部件的動(dòng)態(tài)響應(yīng),其結(jié)果與理論計(jì)算值吻合較好;擺線輪與針齒的接觸分析揭示這些構(gòu)件之間接觸位置、接觸力、應(yīng)力應(yīng)變等分布規(guī)律,從而為擺線輪幾何設(shè)計(jì)與修形研究提供參考。 本文采用虛擬樣機(jī)技術(shù),圍繞RV減速器開展的動(dòng)力學(xué)建模、仿真及針齒與擺線輪接觸特性分析,為深入開展該機(jī)構(gòu)動(dòng)力學(xué)特性的理論與實(shí)驗(yàn)研究奠定基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:In this paper, a kind of closed planetary transmission reducer (RV reducer) with cycloid wheel is taken as the object, aiming at the structural characteristics of the common tie bar of the first and second stage planetary transmission. The error analysis modeling and virtual prototype simulation of the mechanism are carried out. The main research results are as follows:. 1) according to the structural characteristics of RV transmission mechanism, based on the principle of action line increment, the influence of the original geometric error of each component of the mechanism on the accuracy of the output shaft rotary transmission is analyzed. A precision analysis model considering the original error of the component and the feedback error of the output shaft is established, and the coupling relationship between the feedback error and the original error of the component is revealed, which provides an effective method for the accuracy analysis and design of the mechanism. With the help of ABAQUS finite element software, the rigid flexible coupling model of RV reducer is constructed by determining the type of analysis, setting up contact conditions and imposing constraint relation. The model takes into account the elastic deformation of the main components such as gears and cycloid wheels. The nonlinear factors, such as tooth profile contact, provide technical support for revealing the mechanical properties of the mechanism accurately. Taking the engineering prototype as an example, the virtual prototype model is constructed, the modal analysis and dynamic simulation of the mechanism are carried out, and the dynamic response of the main transmission parts is obtained. The results are in good agreement with the theoretical calculation. The contact analysis of cycloid wheel and needle tooth reveals the distribution of contact position, contact force, stress and strain between these components, thus providing a reference for the geometric design and modification of cycloid wheel. In this paper, the dynamic modeling and simulation of RV reducer and the analysis of contact characteristics between needle teeth and cycloid wheel are carried out by using virtual prototyping technology, which lays a foundation for further theoretical and experimental research on the dynamic characteristics of the mechanism.
