盤式制動器銅基摩擦片摩擦制動特性的實驗研究

【摘要】:為了研究盤式制動器銅基摩擦片與制動盤的摩擦制動特性,分析了盤式制動器制動原理。通過對銅基摩擦片的摩擦特性進行實驗,探討了不同制動速度以及制動壓力下摩擦系數(shù)和磨損率的變化規(guī)律。研究結(jié)果表明:制動壓力為30 N時,摩擦系數(shù)隨時間逐漸增大并趨于穩(wěn)定,穩(wěn)定后的平均值為0.46;磨損率隨制動壓力增加而增加,隨制動速度的增加而減小;此外,制動壓力為30 N、制動速度為80 mm/min時,達到實驗中的最佳制動效果。
[Abstract]:In order to study the friction braking characteristics between copper base friction disc and brake disc of disc brake, the braking principle of disc brake is analyzed. The variation law of friction coefficient and wear rate under different braking speed and braking pressure are discussed. The results show that the friction coefficient increases with time and tends to be stable when braking pressure is 30 N. The average value after stabilization is 0.46. The wear rate increases with the increase of braking pressure and decreases with the increase of braking speed. In addition, the optimal braking effect is achieved when braking pressure is 30 N and braking speed is 80 mm/min.
