盤(pán)式制動(dòng)器銅基摩擦片摩擦制動(dòng)特性的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:為了研究盤(pán)式制動(dòng)器銅基摩擦片與制動(dòng)盤(pán)的摩擦制動(dòng)特性,分析了盤(pán)式制動(dòng)器制動(dòng)原理。通過(guò)對(duì)銅基摩擦片的摩擦特性進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn),探討了不同制動(dòng)速度以及制動(dòng)壓力下摩擦系數(shù)和磨損率的變化規(guī)律。研究結(jié)果表明:制動(dòng)壓力為30 N時(shí),摩擦系數(shù)隨時(shí)間逐漸增大并趨于穩(wěn)定,穩(wěn)定后的平均值為0.46;磨損率隨制動(dòng)壓力增加而增加,隨制動(dòng)速度的增加而減小;此外,制動(dòng)壓力為30 N、制動(dòng)速度為80 mm/min時(shí),達(dá)到實(shí)驗(yàn)中的最佳制動(dòng)效果。
[Abstract]:In order to study the friction braking characteristics between copper base friction disc and brake disc of disc brake, the braking principle of disc brake is analyzed. The variation law of friction coefficient and wear rate under different braking speed and braking pressure are discussed. The results show that the friction coefficient increases with time and tends to be stable when braking pressure is 30 N. The average value after stabilization is 0.46. The wear rate increases with the increase of braking pressure and decreases with the increase of braking speed. In addition, the optimal braking effect is achieved when braking pressure is 30 N and braking speed is 80 mm/min.
