基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的壓力容器監(jiān)管機制設(shè)計

【摘要】:檢驗檢測是壓力容器安全監(jiān)察的基礎(chǔ),是提高政府監(jiān)督的質(zhì)量和效率的重要保證。多年的實踐表明,壓力容器的安全涉及設(shè)計、生產(chǎn)、安裝、使用、維修、檢驗檢測全過程,實施壓力容器全過程的安全監(jiān)察是保證設(shè)備安全行之有效的手段。對壓力容器監(jiān)管方式的研究有助于提高對壓力容器管理水平和檢驗機構(gòu)的檢驗效率,更有效的保障壓力容器運行的安全性。 本文通過回顧國內(nèi)外壓力容器的現(xiàn)有管理模式,并且通過研究日常生活中最常使用的特種設(shè)備中電梯的物聯(lián)網(wǎng)監(jiān)管方式的相關(guān)文獻,對我國目前壓力容器設(shè)備的設(shè)計生產(chǎn),使用,檢驗等管理進行分析,將物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù),傳感器技術(shù)等現(xiàn)代信息化技術(shù)手段方式引入到對壓力容器管理中,對壓力容器管理進行實時監(jiān)控跟蹤記錄,試圖以這種新的監(jiān)管方式,對壓力容器設(shè)備設(shè)計,生產(chǎn)的源頭,使用單位的使用狀況進行相應(yīng)的監(jiān)督管理,并解決壓力容器的使用數(shù)量迅猛增加和使用范圍日益廣泛帶來的檢驗檢測人員數(shù)量和技術(shù)水平與壓力容器設(shè)備增長速度不相匹配問題以及應(yīng)急救援遲緩問題,最終為政府決策壓力容器安全監(jiān)管,保障社會公眾安全方面做出貢獻。
[Abstract]:Inspection and inspection is the basis of safety supervision of pressure vessels and an important guarantee for improving the quality and efficiency of government supervision. Years of practice have shown that the safety of pressure vessels involves the whole process of design, production, installation, use, maintenance and inspection. It is an effective means to ensure the safety of equipment by carrying out the safety supervision of the whole process of the pressure vessel. The research on the supervision mode of the pressure vessel is helpful to improve the management level of the pressure vessel and the inspection efficiency of the inspection organization. More effective to ensure the safety of the operation of pressure vessels. This paper reviews the existing management models of pressure vessels at home and abroad, and through the study of the most commonly used in the daily life of the elevator of the Internet of things regulatory literature, the design and production of the current pressure vessel equipment in China. Use, test and other management analysis, the Internet of things technology, sensor technology and other modern information technology means into the pressure vessel management, real-time monitoring and tracking of pressure vessel management, In this new mode of supervision, the author tries to supervise and manage the design and production of pressure vessel equipment, the source of production, and the use of the unit. And to solve the problem that the number and technical level of inspection and inspection personnel do not match with the growth rate of pressure vessel equipment and the problem of slow emergency rescue brought by the rapid increase in the number of pressure vessels and the increasingly wide range of use. Finally for the government decision-making pressure vessel safety supervision, the protection of public safety to contribute.
