超環(huán)面行星蝸桿傳動核心件加工誤差與虛擬測量研究

【摘要】:超環(huán)面行星蝸桿傳動機構(gòu)綜合了滾動接觸技術(shù)與行星蝸桿傳動技術(shù),具有結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、傳動比大、傳動效率高、承載能力強等諸多優(yōu)點,在航空航天、國防裝備、風(fēng)力發(fā)電等尖端技術(shù)領(lǐng)域得到廣泛應(yīng)用,具有重要的戰(zhàn)略意義。作為其核心件,超環(huán)面定子和中心蝸桿均具有復(fù)雜空間廓面,其加工精度無疑直接決定著該機構(gòu)傳動精度、可靠性與使用壽命。由于超環(huán)面行星蝸桿傳動核心件廓面屬于典型難加工曲面,在實際加工過程中很少系統(tǒng)的分析編程誤差、機床誤差、刀具磨損誤差等各項原始誤差對核心件工作廓面的影響規(guī)律。因此,如何有效提升超環(huán)面行星蝸桿傳動核心件的制造精度一直是加工的重要技術(shù)瓶頸之一。為了實現(xiàn)核心件加工誤差科學(xué)預(yù)測與有效控制,本文以超環(huán)面行星蝸桿傳動核心件加工誤差和虛擬測量為對象展開深入研究,具體研究內(nèi)容如下: 1)綜述超環(huán)面行星蝸桿傳動加工誤差分析、多體系統(tǒng)理論在切削加工誤差分析理論的應(yīng)用國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,運用空間共軛曲面嚙合理論推導(dǎo)了超環(huán)面定子、中心蝸桿理論廓面方程,利用UG/Open Grip語言二次開發(fā)建立超環(huán)面行星蝸桿傳動核心件的三維模型,為后續(xù)研究奠定理論基礎(chǔ)。 2)分析多軸數(shù)控機床加工誤差來源并針對DMU80T五軸立式數(shù)控機床各軸運動關(guān)系,推導(dǎo)機床運動拓撲結(jié)構(gòu)圖與低序體陣列表,利用多體系統(tǒng)誤差理論建立機床的空間幾何誤差模型;分別采用單側(cè)面法、范成法推導(dǎo)超環(huán)面定子與中心蝸桿含機床誤差的廓面方程;推導(dǎo)核心件廓面法向誤差計算公式。 3)基于2)推導(dǎo)的含原始誤差的核心件廓面方程,利用Matlab軟件編制超環(huán)面定子、中心蝸桿的工作廓面多軸數(shù)控加工誤差分析程序,探究各項原始誤差以及綜合誤差對核心件廓面法向誤差的影響規(guī)律,對比分析單側(cè)面法、范成法兩種不同方法的仿真加工誤差結(jié)果。 4)利用虛擬測量原理,通過VC++語言編程基于UG軟件開發(fā)超環(huán)面行星蝸桿傳動核心件的計算機輔助制造與計算機輔助測量集成系統(tǒng)CAM/CAT,采用三點偏置法提取超環(huán)面定子、中心蝸桿加工刀位文件,在集成系統(tǒng)中實現(xiàn)仿真加工與虛擬測量,對比分析測量值與理論值吻合度,驗證所開發(fā)系統(tǒng)有效可靠。 綜上,本文的研究為實現(xiàn)核心件加工誤差科學(xué)預(yù)測與有效控制,,有效提升超環(huán)面行星蝸桿傳動精度奠定了理論基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:The supertoroidal planetary worm drive mechanism combines the rolling contact technology with the planetary worm transmission technology. It has many advantages, such as compact structure, high transmission ratio, high transmission efficiency, strong bearing capacity, etc., in aerospace, national defense equipment, etc. Wind power generation and other cutting-edge technology fields have been widely used and have important strategic significance. As the core parts of wind power generation, both the stator and the center worm have complex spatial profiles, and their machining accuracy undoubtedly directly determines the transmission accuracy of the mechanism. Reliability and service life. Because the profile of the core part of the supertoroidal planetary worm drive is a typical surface difficult to be machined, there are few systematic programming errors and machine tool errors in the actual machining process. The influence of various original errors such as tool wear error on the working profile of core parts. How to effectively improve the manufacturing accuracy of the epicyclic worm drive core is always one of the important technical bottlenecks in machining. In order to realize the scientific prediction and effective control of the machining error of the core parts, In this paper, the machining error and virtual measurement of the core parts of the supertoroidal planetary worm drive are deeply studied. The specific research contents are as follows:. The main contents are as follows: 1) the machining error analysis of supertoroidal planetary worm transmission is summarized. The application of multi-body system theory in machining error analysis theory is reviewed. The hypertoroidal stator is derived by using the space conjugate surface meshing theory. Based on the theoretical profile equation of the center worm, the three-dimensional model of the epicyclic worm drive core is established by using the UG/Open Grip language, which lays a theoretical foundation for the further study. 2) analyzing the error source of multi-axis NC machine tool, and according to the motion relation of DMU80T five-axis vertical NC machine tool, deducing the movement topological structure diagram of machine tool and the list of low order body array, and establishing the spatial geometric error model of machine tool by using the theory of multi-body system error; Using the single side method and the model method, the profile equation of the error of the supertoroidal stator and the center worm containing machine tool is derived, and the calculation formula of the normal error of the core profile is derived. 3) based on the derivation of the core profile equation with original error, the multiaxial NC machining error analysis program for the working profile of the supertoroidal stator and central worm is developed by using Matlab software. This paper probes into the influence of various original errors and synthetic errors on the normal errors of core profiles, and compares and analyzes the results of simulation processing errors of two different methods, one side method and one side method. 4) using virtual measurement principle and programming based on UG software to develop CAM / CAT, an integrated system of computer aided manufacturing and computer aided measurement of epicyclic worm drive core parts, using three point bias method to extract the stator of the super torus. The tool position file of central worm machining is realized in the integrated system by simulation machining and virtual measurement. The coincidence between the measured value and the theoretical value is compared and analyzed to verify the validity and reliability of the developed system. In summary, the research in this paper lays a theoretical foundation for scientific prediction and effective control of machining errors of core parts, and for effectively improving the accuracy of planetary worm drive with super toroidal surface.
