熱鍍鋅沉沒(méi)輥裝置振動(dòng)固有特性影響因素研究

【摘要】:為研究沉沒(méi)輥裝置振動(dòng)固有特性的影響因素,采用有限元技術(shù),開(kāi)展了沉沒(méi)輥裝置的濕模態(tài)和預(yù)應(yīng)力模態(tài)分析,分別研究了流體密度、帶鋼斷面及其張力等因素對(duì)沉沒(méi)輥裝置振動(dòng)頻率的影響程度及規(guī)律,并分析造成頻率差異的原因。結(jié)果表明:沉沒(méi)輥裝置在鋅液中振動(dòng)時(shí)的頻率比在空氣中減小24.4%~58.8%,且頻率隨著流體密度的減小而增大;沉沒(méi)輥裝置在帶鋼斷面及其張力等預(yù)應(yīng)力作用下的固有特性影響很小,但一些具有不對(duì)稱性的振型會(huì)減少軸承的工作壽命。
[Abstract]:In order to study the influence factors of vibration inherent characteristics of sunken roller device, the wet mode and prestressing mode analysis of sunken roller device were carried out by using finite element technique, and the fluid density was studied respectively. The influence degree and law of strip section and its tension on vibration frequency of sunken roller, The reason of frequency difference is analyzed. The results show that the frequency ratio of sinking-roller device in zinc liquid is reduced by 24.4% and 58.8% in air, and the frequency increases with the decrease of fluid density. The inherent characteristics of sunken roller device under the prestressing force such as strip section and tension have little influence, but some unsymmetrical vibration modes can reduce the working life of bearing.
