齒輪變摩擦三維接觸問題有限元混合法求解及程序設計

【摘要】:本文以齒輪接觸模型-接觸算法-接觸特性仿真為主線展開。首先對齒輪靜態(tài)、準靜態(tài)和沖擊-動力接觸模型進行研究,基于有限元法和接觸理論給出不同接觸模型的適用場合和計算方法。借用Fortran語言編制求解齒輪接觸問題的有限元程序包,對二維平面應力和三維條件下齒輪接觸進行模擬。本文主要工作和創(chuàng)新點如下: 1.針對齒輪靜態(tài)接觸模型,介紹其力學描述、適用場合和優(yōu)缺點;研究有限元靜力算法,利用自制程序包分別計算平面應力和三維條件下給定接觸力時的輪齒變形; 2.針對齒輪準靜態(tài)接觸模型,介紹其力學描述、適用場合和優(yōu)缺點;研究準靜態(tài)接觸問題的有限元混合法,并針對三維圓柱齒輪接觸軸向摩擦力較小的特點,提出用摩擦合力作為迭代變量應用于接觸求解,以此加快收斂速度;利用自制程序包分別對Stribeck摩擦平面應力和三維條件下的齒輪接觸進行計算,探討接觸合力、節(jié)點接觸分力和節(jié)點接觸狀態(tài)隨相對滑動速度的變化規(guī)律,并與Coulomb摩擦條件下的計算結果進行對比; 3.針對齒輪沖擊-動力接觸模型,介紹其力學描述、適用場合和優(yōu)缺點;針對齒輪正常嚙合過程中由于速度突變導致的沖擊現象,提出齒輪傳動嚙合接觸沖擊概念;研究沖擊-動力接觸問題的有限元混合算法,利用自制程序包對Stribeck摩擦平面應力下齒輪嚙合接觸沖擊進行計算,討論不同初始沖擊速度下各接觸點對法向沖擊力、摩擦力以及法向沖擊合力和摩擦合力的變化規(guī)律,并與Coulomb摩擦條件下的結果作對比分析; 4.應用LS-DYNA程序包對三維齒輪傳動嚙合接觸沖擊進行計算,研究初始沖擊速度、沖擊位置對沖擊合力、沖擊應力和沖擊時間的影響,并利用最大沖擊力解析解對所得結果進行對比驗證,最后給出不同沖擊條件下齒面最大接觸應力點在整個沖擊過程中的分布規(guī)律。 本文針對不同齒輪接觸模型,給出相應處理算法,利用自制程序包著重探討Stribeck摩擦條件下齒輪嚙合接觸-沖擊問題。通過商用軟件和試驗的對比驗證,表明本文工作是有效的。
[Abstract]:The main line of this paper is gear contact model, contact algorithm and contact characteristic simulation. Firstly, the static, quasi-static and impact-dynamic contact models of gear are studied. Based on the finite element method and contact theory, the suitable situation and calculation method of different contact models are given. The finite element program package for solving gear contact problem is compiled by using Fortran language. The two dimensional plane stress and three dimensional contact of gears are simulated. The main work and innovation of this paper are as follows:. 1. According to the static contact model of gear, the mechanical description, applicable situation, advantages and disadvantages are introduced, the finite element static algorithm is studied, and the deformation of gear teeth under the given contact force and plane stress is calculated by using self-made package. 2. According to the quasi-static contact model of gear, the paper introduces its mechanical description, applicable situation, advantages and disadvantages, studies the finite element mixing method of quasi-static contact problem, and aims at the characteristic that the contact axial friction force of three-dimensional cylindrical gear is small. The friction force is used as an iterative variable in the contact solution to accelerate the convergence rate, and the contact force of the gear under the Stribeck friction plane stress and the three-dimensional condition is calculated by using the self-made package, and the contact force is discussed. The law of the joint contact force and the joint contact state changing with the relative sliding velocity is compared with the calculated results under the Coulomb friction condition. 3. The mechanical description, applicable situation, advantages and disadvantages of the gear impact-dynamic contact model are introduced, and the concept of gear transmission meshing contact impact is put forward in view of the impact phenomenon caused by the sudden change of speed in the gear normal meshing process. In this paper, the finite element hybrid algorithm for shock dynamic contact problem is studied. The gear meshing contact impact under Stribeck friction plane stress is calculated by using self-made package, and the normal impact forces of each contact point under different initial impact velocities are discussed. The variation of friction force, normal impact force and friction force are compared with the results under Coulomb friction condition. 4. The effect of initial impact velocity, impact position on impact force, impact stress and impact time are studied by using LS-DYNA package to calculate the meshing contact impact of 3D gear transmission. The results are compared and verified by using the analytical solution of the maximum impact force. Finally, the distribution of the maximum contact stress point of the tooth surface during the whole impact process is given under different impact conditions. In this paper, the corresponding processing algorithm is given for different gear contact models, and the self-made package is used to discuss the meshing contact impact problem of gears under Stribeck friction condition. It shows that the work in this paper is effective.
