【摘要】:目前,我國(guó)起重機(jī)工業(yè)發(fā)展?jié)摿Υ?前景好,橋式起重機(jī)作為應(yīng)用范圍最廣的起重運(yùn)輸機(jī)械,在機(jī)械、冶金、交通、礦山的各類車間、倉庫,在室內(nèi)或露天固定跨間作裝卸、搬運(yùn)及起重工作。它是工廠室內(nèi)物流系統(tǒng)必不可少的機(jī)械設(shè)備。但目前國(guó)內(nèi)的橋式起重機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)手段還不完善,整體技術(shù)含量偏低等問題日益突出。本文的研究工作正是為了提高橋式起重機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)水平,實(shí)現(xiàn)通用橋式起重機(jī)的方案設(shè)計(jì)過程程序化,目的在于將設(shè)計(jì)人員從大量繁瑣的重復(fù)勞動(dòng)中解放出來,提高起重機(jī)方案設(shè)計(jì)的效率和質(zhì)量。 本文根據(jù)通用橋式起重機(jī)機(jī)構(gòu)、結(jié)構(gòu)的工作特點(diǎn),對(duì)通用橋式起重機(jī)的方案設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了較為全面、系統(tǒng)而深入的研究,并結(jié)合現(xiàn)代設(shè)計(jì)方法,研究了通用橋式起重機(jī)方案設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)。同時(shí),以Visual Studio 2005作為系統(tǒng)開發(fā)平臺(tái),采用VB.NET作為開發(fā)語言,編制了通用橋式起重機(jī)方案設(shè)計(jì)的專用軟件。本文的主要工作如下: (1)通用橋式起重機(jī)方案設(shè)計(jì)體系的研究。深入研究通用橋式起重機(jī)方案設(shè)計(jì)的內(nèi)容,確定方案設(shè)計(jì)的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算方法與設(shè)計(jì)流程。 (2)起重機(jī)車輪直徑與軌道確定的研究。基于GB/T 3811-2008《起重機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》,重新編制車輪與軌道的許用輪壓表,用于車輪直徑與軌道的確定。 (3)箱形梁截面的經(jīng)濟(jì)梁高計(jì)算方法的研究。對(duì)主梁經(jīng)濟(jì)梁高的計(jì)算公式進(jìn)行重新推導(dǎo),推導(dǎo)過程更加清晰、易于理解;同時(shí),使得強(qiáng)度條件決定的經(jīng)濟(jì)梁高和剛度條件決定的經(jīng)濟(jì)梁高具有了統(tǒng)一的形式,使用更加方便。 (4)主梁有限元參數(shù)化建模與分析的研究。研究基于APDL的有限元參數(shù)化建模與分析技術(shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)主梁的有限元計(jì)算。 (5)通用橋式起重機(jī)方案設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)的研究與開發(fā)。研究通用橋式起重機(jī)機(jī)構(gòu)及主梁的設(shè)計(jì)過程,并對(duì)其進(jìn)行功能劃分,確定各功能模塊,構(gòu)建系統(tǒng)框架;對(duì)通用橋式起重機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)中涉及到的數(shù)據(jù)信息進(jìn)行分析,完成數(shù)據(jù)庫的設(shè)計(jì);采用面向?qū)ο蟮某绦蛟O(shè)計(jì)方法,研究開發(fā)通用橋式起重機(jī)方案設(shè)計(jì)軟件。 本文以200/50t通用橋式起重機(jī)為設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)例,驗(yàn)證該系統(tǒng)的科學(xué)性和實(shí)用性。結(jié)果表明,所開發(fā)的方案設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)只需輸入基本參數(shù),系統(tǒng)就可快速完成方案設(shè)計(jì),并形成方案書,大大縮短了方案設(shè)計(jì)周期,提高了設(shè)計(jì)效率。
[Abstract]:At present, the crane industry in our country has great development potential and good prospect. As the most widely used lifting and transportation machinery, bridge crane is used in machinery, metallurgy, traffic, mining workshops, warehouses, indoor or outdoor fixed intercropping loading and unloading. Handling and lifting work. It is a necessary mechanical equipment for the factory interior logistics system. But at present, the design method of bridge crane in China is not perfect. The research work of this paper is to improve the design level of the bridge crane and to realize the programming of the scheme design process of the general bridge crane. The purpose of this paper is to liberate designers from a lot of tedious and repetitive work, and to improve the efficiency and quality of crane scheme design. According to the working characteristics of the general overhead crane mechanism and structure, this paper makes a comprehensive, systematic and in-depth study on the scheme design of the general bridge crane, and combines with the modern design method. The general bridge crane scheme design system is studied. At the same time, with Visual Studio 2005 as the system development platform and VB.NET as the development language, the special software for the general bridge crane scheme design is developed. The main work of this paper is as follows:. 1) the research of the general bridge crane scheme design system. The content of the general bridge crane scheme design is deeply studied, and the design calculation method and the design flow chart of the scheme design are determined. Based on GB/T 3811-2008, the allowable wheel pressure table of wheel and track is reworked out for the determination of wheel diameter and track. The calculation method of the economic beam height of box beam section is studied. The calculation formula of the economic beam height of the main beam is rededuced. The derivation process is clearer and easier to understand. At the same time, The economic beam height determined by the strength condition and the economic beam height determined by the stiffness condition have a unified form and are more convenient to use. The finite element parameterized modeling and analysis technology based on APDL is studied to realize the finite element calculation of the main beam. 5) the research and development of the general bridge crane scheme design system. The design process of the general bridge crane mechanism and main beam is studied, and the function is divided, each function module is determined, and the system frame is constructed. The data information involved in the general bridge crane design is analyzed and the database design is completed. The general bridge crane scheme design software is developed by using the object oriented programming method. In this paper, the design example of 200 / 50 t bridge crane is used to verify the scientificity and practicability of the system. The results show that the system can complete the scheme design quickly and form the scheme book only by inputting the basic parameters. The design cycle is shortened greatly and the design efficiency is improved.
