【摘要】:隨風(fēng)能的普及,為了快速查找風(fēng)力發(fā)電機傳動系統(tǒng)故障,有效預(yù)防并減少由此帶來的各種損失,對風(fēng)力機傳動系統(tǒng)故障診斷研究就變得非常迫切。本文闡述了國內(nèi)外風(fēng)電行業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及風(fēng)力發(fā)電機組故障診斷技術(shù)研究現(xiàn)狀。針對風(fēng)力發(fā)電機組傳動系統(tǒng)出現(xiàn)的常見故障問題,結(jié)合故障診斷理論和信號分析基礎(chǔ),,對風(fēng)力機傳動系統(tǒng)故障進(jìn)行了診斷。 本文主要有以下研究內(nèi)容: (1)對風(fēng)力發(fā)電機組傳動系統(tǒng)尤其是齒輪振動機理和典型故障進(jìn)行了學(xué)習(xí)和總結(jié)。 (2)對測試方案、測點的設(shè)置和傳感器的選擇進(jìn)行研究,并利用有限的現(xiàn)場實測機會盡可能的獲得準(zhǔn)確和詳盡的測試數(shù)據(jù)。 (3)總結(jié)了常用的時域、頻域分析方法,對本文用到的HHT變換做了詳細(xì)的介紹,對實測數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行較為全面的分析處理,提取故障信號特征,進(jìn)行故障診斷,主要完成了應(yīng)用傳統(tǒng)信號處理方法對風(fēng)力機齒輪箱裝配故障進(jìn)行了診斷及利用自己HHT對風(fēng)力發(fā)電機組齒輪故障進(jìn)行了診斷,并對相關(guān)分析方法進(jìn)行了比較。 本論文主要有以下特點:分析數(shù)據(jù)全部來自現(xiàn)場實測,貼近實際;采用多種分析方法對故障進(jìn)行分析,相互印證,以達(dá)到精確診斷;對分析結(jié)果進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場拆檢,驗證分析方法的正確性。
[Abstract]:The popularity of wind energy, in order to quickly find the wind turbine transmission system fault, effectively prevent and reduce various losses, on the research of wind turbine transmission system fault diagnosis becomes very urgent. This paper expounds the domestic and foreign wind power industry development status and wind turbine fault diagnosis technology research status quo. Aiming at the problem of common troubles driving wind power system, combined with the theory of fault diagnosis and signal analysis based on fault diagnosis of wind turbine drive system.
The main contents of this paper are as follows:
(1) study and summarize the transmission system of the wind turbine, especially the mechanism of the gear vibration and the typical fault.
(2) research on the test plan, the setting of measuring points and the selection of sensors, and make use of limited field measurement opportunities to get accurate and detailed test data as much as possible.
