【摘要】：為構(gòu)建一個(gè)全面高效的新產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)配置模型,文章建立了基于多維關(guān)聯(lián)規(guī)則的零部件約束數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)。由產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量特征重要度的計(jì)算和待配置零部件集合設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)矩陣的撕裂操作,來指導(dǎo)產(chǎn)品族物料清單(bill of material,BOM)樹上零部件的重要度排序;建立映射矩陣將新產(chǎn)品的總體質(zhì)量特征需求分解為對(duì)產(chǎn)品族BOM樹上特定零部件的功能技術(shù)特征,通過余弦夾角相似計(jì)算從零件庫(kù)中檢索出相匹配或近似匹配的候選零部件;按照零部件對(duì)新產(chǎn)品的重要度排序,通過多維關(guān)聯(lián)約束驅(qū)動(dòng)和迭代匹配,逐步形成各零部件的總體候選方案;同時(shí)確定待改型設(shè)計(jì)和新設(shè)計(jì)的零部件,根據(jù)綜合匹配度計(jì)算確定最優(yōu)匹配方案。最后通過實(shí)例說明了該方法的可行性。
[Abstract]:In order to construct a comprehensive and efficient new product design configuration model, a component constraint database based on multi-dimension association rules is established, which is based on the calculation of the importance of product quality characteristics and the tearing operation of the structural matrix of the set of components to be configured. To guide the importance ranking of components on the product family bill of material (BOM) tree, and to establish a mapping matrix to decompose the total quality requirements of the new product into the functional and technical features of the specific parts on the BOM tree of the product family. According to the importance of the parts to the new products, the candidate parts are retrieved from the parts library by the similarity calculation of the cosine angle, and driven by multi-dimensional association constraints and iterative matching, according to the importance of the parts to the new products. The overall candidate scheme for each component is gradually formed, and the parts to be modified and newly designed are determined at the same time, and the optimal matching scheme is determined according to the calculation of the comprehensive matching degree. Finally, the feasibility of the method is illustrated by an example.
