含稀土La的C-Mn-Al-P系TRIP鋼的靜態(tài)再結晶行為

【摘要】:用Gleeble~(-1)500D熱模擬試驗機和雙道次熱壓縮方法對含稀土La的C-Mn-Al-P系TRIP鋼靜態(tài)再結晶行為進行了研究,考慮變形溫度、應變速率與變形程度對靜態(tài)再結晶行為的影響。研究結果表明:當變形溫度為850℃時,沒有發(fā)生靜態(tài)再結晶;當變形溫度在950℃以上,發(fā)生明顯的靜態(tài)再結晶行為;當應變率為1 s~(-1)時,靜態(tài)再結晶行為最顯著;當應變速率為1 s~(-1)時,隨著變形程度的增加,靜態(tài)再結晶行為更加顯著。在試驗研究基礎上,與含稀土La的C-Mn-Al-P系TRIP鋼的Avrami靜態(tài)再結晶的動力學方程實現(xiàn)了擬合。
[Abstract]:The static recrystallization behavior of C-Mn-Al-P series TRIP steel containing rare earth La was studied by Gleeble~(-1)500D thermal simulation machine and two-pass secondary thermal compression method. The deformation temperature was taken into account. The effect of strain rate and deformation degree on the static recrystallization behavior. The results show that no static recrystallization occurs at deformation temperature 850 鈩,
