【摘要】：管狀帶式輸送機(jī)過(guò)渡段是其穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行的重要環(huán)節(jié),合理的過(guò)渡托輥組布置和型式選擇、壓輥組布置和型式選擇,是使膠帶呈自然卷合、展開(kāi)的關(guān)鍵,也是抑制跑偏防止帶邊磨損的重要控制因素。因此,對(duì)過(guò)渡段布置設(shè)計(jì)的研究具有現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,文中介紹頭尾過(guò)渡段布置設(shè)計(jì)方法,并對(duì)過(guò)渡段設(shè)計(jì)技巧進(jìn)行分析和研究。
[Abstract]:The transition section of tubular belt conveyor is an important link in its stable operation. The reasonable arrangement and type selection of the transition roller group, the arrangement of the pressure roller group and the type selection are the keys to the natural winding and expansion of the tape. Therefore, it is of practical significance to study the layout design of transition section. This paper introduces the design method of front and tail transition section, and analyzes and studies the design skills of transition section.
